The receptionists need to be trained to know that prepaid room guests do not need to fill out the reservation form again when they check in. Additionally, they should know how to validate guest information on their systems. When I arrived, my information was not validated on their computer system. My passport and other information should have been validated on their system, which was not turned on. I was asked to fill out a form to determine the amount to pay and the currency.
