Thin mattress

Fab was not working, thankfully we were provided with a code for entry. Kitchen was not clean and we had to was all dishes, utensils and pots/pans before us. No table with chairs to eat. Bed is thin and sheets did not smell clean nor freshly washed.

The property was located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of whatever we needed. The unit was cute and perfect for a couple. Unfortunately we had difficulty accessing the unit when we arrived then found it without functioning air conditioning, dryer, oven or elevator. We had 2 days (3-5) without any electricity at all but the other issues resolved when the power came back on.

Costo que nos den acceso al lugar. Es mas casi terminamos alquilando otro lugar. Apenas pudimos ingresar el departamebto estaba lindo. Lo malo nunca funciono ni la tv, ni el seca ropas ni la hornalla. Tuvimos que subir siempre por escalera. Al final precio calidad queda mas o menos ok. Si mejora detalles puede ser un gran lugar. Mientras tanto solo es 3/5

The owner and/or property manager are nowhere to be found. The code they sent me via email did not work. The only way to get in touch with management was via email. They took 7-8 hours to respond. I only got into the property because one of the regular residents of the building let me in.

Le problème aucune chaise dans l appartement, aucune table pour mettre lunettes dans la chambre, L autre point si vous arrivez après 22 heures le concierge V Virtuel ne répond pas donc vous devez être sur place entre 16 heures et 22 heures

Poor conditions…was not ready to be rented out! No tv working, limited supplies, sheets and towels were new and not washed and there was only 2 towels. There was also no coffee or condiments. Cupboards were not cleaned out from last tenant ….very disappointed! Also, there was absolutely no communication with the landlord!

THE WORST!

This was the most disgusting disappointing place ive ever gone to. Starting from the people trying to break in to the main gaye where the screen didnt work all the way upstairs in the unit where there was garbage, stains and filth throughout. I could barely stand to be in there for 10 min. I was promised a refund but didn't even get that! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.... EVER

Horrible Management horrible condo my fob didn’t work I had to spend nights at friends cause no one would open the door, no towels not clean place is falling apart and they just blamed the previous person staying I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS TO ANYONE these guys are frauds

Chat GPT Condo

Do you know those spot the differences picture games? You could stay here and have a fun time finding all the ways that the actual apartment is different than the photos. The wifi instructions were to look for the router, which also was a fun game, looking in every closet and around every corner. When you do find it, you'll notice that it has no power cord, and you will not be using Wifi for your stay. You could email the company and they will send you a Chat GPT response of "wifi troubleshooting." Other than that, it had a bed for me to sleep in, and a shower, so that was nice at least!

While I booked fairly last minute, this condo unit was a great find at a good price given its during the stampede. It’s a brand new one unit condo with one bedroom, a kitchen, small office, space, and shower bathtub. There’s a new TV, an iron board and an iron provided. There’s no free parking provided in the building, but there is street parking which appears to be free overnight. Communication with the property managers was very good save far a small miscommunication upon check in. Also, while the posting says there not elevator, there is an elevator that is activated by the building entrance key fob. I’d stay here again.
