Pros: beautiful room. Clean. Pretty. Easy in and out. Good, powerful conditioner. Wonderful shower. Great restaurant breakfast included!!! Taxis always nearby. Cons: staff not available by phone, no front desk or point of contact. Second “queen” bed is an unfolded couch. Very hard and uncomfortable. Extremely loud location till past midnight- parties outside in cafes n bars. No fridge.

Funky room with walk in shower plus a separate spa bath. Comfortable bed. Didn’t need to use air con so can’t comment. TV would benefit from atleast one English speaking channel. You need to remember to switch on the boiler to heat the water. Breakfast was good & all the staff we met were very pleasant & helpful

Perfect location

Lovely room just steps away from monastiraki square. Staff were very helpful with storing our luggage and having the room ready earlier than check in time. Included breakfast taken at the restaurant behind the property, food was delicious and perfect start to our day. Would stay here again for sure

Thankful I only booked this room for an overnight layover before leaving Greece! Everything during our stay was disappointing, right from check-in communication. I didn’t get any instructions about door and room passcodes— I checked my inbox, spam and Hotels app and never got anything from the hotel despite them saying they did when I called after not being able to enter the building front door. Once we got through that and got inside, it didn’t improve. Be aware this is a walk up hotel so not at all accessible for those w/ mobility issues (luckily we don’t). The room door itself was loose at the door handle which was concerning. Once inside the room (finally), at first glance it was nice and spacious- but the bathroom had no hot water at all (freezing water) and a huge crack on the toilet seat (almost cracked in half!) When I used the hair dryer, it was struggling to blow air and just died completely! To top off this disaster of a layover stay, I hurt my foot due to the very subtle platform where the bed sits, only slightly elevated off the floor and a total hazard. I wonder how many people have stubbed their toe because there’s no obvious signal that there’s a small platform there— Ouch. So, yeah, this is the longest review I’ve ever written here or any hotel/bnb site, but I felt I needed to share a fair warning to fellow travelers.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Acropolis, shops, restaurantes. Nice room. There is no contact with staff. They share password to get in property, and room. Excellent breakfast, just arround the corner. Very nice place. The only thing to regreat was the second bed, it was very unconfortable.

The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to everywhere one would want to go while staying in Athens. The staff was accommodating and assisted with car service from the airport as well as to the port for ferry service to the islands. Breakfast was also delivered to the room to ensure we were taken care of. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the air conditioner kept it cool. Highly recommend, can be a little noisy but if you are accustomed to city noise this is easily ignored

Jätte bra läge! Mitt i centrala Aten Psirri. Ganska lyhört då vi bodde mitt på en trafikerad gata. Rummet var stort och bekvämligt. Badrummet behövdes rengöras noggrannare på golvet, massa myggor. Svårt med varmvatten. Vi var tvungna att värma upp vattnet ca 30 min innan och då räckte det för endast två pers. Personalen var trevlig och frukosten var 10/10.

Pros: great location with proximity to the metro and acropolis. Cons: unit was not fully cleaned. Found hairs in the shower and other areas. Towels felt old, rough. No safe in the room. Overall an okay place to rest your head at night, but would not stay here again.

Horrible place, nothing like the pictures!!!! Toilet bowl was leaking and the room smelled really bad. I reported to the property and asked for the bathroom to be fixed and also the bedroom to be cleaned and was told that toilet bowl would be fixed and they would see if it was possible to clean the room as if this was a favor and not a basic and common sense. As nothing was really fixed and cleaned I left the hotel after spending 1 night out of the 5 booked and no refund was made. They simply ignored my request and the fact that what they sell is nothing compared to the pictures. Horrible stay, horrible customer service experience. I had to book and pay for another hotel to avoid ruining my entire stay in the city. Do not stay there unless you are willing to waste money.

It was very convenient close to everything. Very clean ,the Building doesn’t have elevator, but we didn’t mind it. It’s only one floor to go up. Breakfast is decent and free at the restaurant downstairs. Price value report. ( good. ) The only thing is very noisy from the street about 1 AM after midnight, so if you sleep early, you’re gonna have a problem

The stay was okay and the location was great, but the room itself was a bit disappointing. It smelled a bit stuffy and needed airing out. The AC wasn't great either and took ages to cool the room down, and the shower leaked a bit. The windows didn't block out the street noise very well, making it quite loud. Overall, it was a fine place to sleep, with earplugs, but the hotel itself isn't worth returning to. On the positive note, staff was nice and helpfull :)

Loud construction right next door everyday, even on weekends. One night they worked till morning so got no sleep. It’s not the hotel’s fault as the bed/support was excellent. Bring noise cancelling headphones. Great location right across from Monastiraki station. This area is noisy and rooftop patios go on till late in evening. Free breakfast was awesome! Would give better rating if I actually got sleep. Has no elevator so just be careful on charming stairs.
