Loved the stay! Hotel was very clean and staff were super friendly! The only thing I can say (not even as a negative more like just an observation) the pillows are SMALL. They are more square than rectangle. Just thought that was different.

Our stay was awful, the air conditioning was broken, we thought it would cool off but the unit just blew hot air, we stayed in the room because we didn’t want to get dressed and pack our stuff to move to another room at 3.30 in the morning. I told the man when we checked out and he was totally unconcerned about our complaint about the broken air conditioner. We stayed 5 nights in pigeon Forge 14th-19th the stay was great the Walden was beautiful, I’ll never stay at La Quinta again the reviews I’ll post on Facebook will state what we went through. Our room number was 111 , you might tell them to repair the unit, the room smelled like mildew or mold , miserable night !!

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All i could say negatively would be is that the garbage truck comes to empty the dumpsters at 3:30am and is very very loud. Also if you stay on Friday and Saturday night there is live outdoor music at the restaurant close by and goes pretty late.

Went on a trip with my son and my niece. We loved the extended pool and hot tub hours, the breakfast each morning, and how pleasant the staff always were. Also very conveniently located, no matter which end of pigeon forge you wanted to go to. Our tub drain wouldn’t stay closed and I didn’t tell the manager about it until check out, but when I did he took a note so they would go and check into fixing it. Another day while I was in the lobby I heard another guest had something minor come up in their room(I think the alarm clock wouldn’t stop going off) and the manager and a staff member went up right away to get it resolved. They were very professional and didn’t act like it had put them out or anything.

First visit. We were pleased and may consider a return. Very friendly staff, nice rooms. Only 2 issues. The space were the toilet is located is very confining. Also, there was a hallway trash can overflowing when we arrived in the afternoon that was still overflowing, and more, when we left the following day.

We love to stay at this hotel and location . Can easily walk to a few restaurants and close to the Island also . We walk to the movie theater, and nearby shops . Lots of parking , Vincent and the staff are always so pleasant and welcoming and will address all of your concerns . Breakfast is great . Can’t wait until our next trip.
