Great location, easy check in. Con’s offsite parking, no tv in bedroom and the road noise from outside made it hard to sleep (even though I was on 12th floor)!!

No service
You can never reach anyone at the front desk or for help. We asked the security guard three times for the WiFi info and never got it. It’s a nice place but if you need anything, good luck finding someone to help you. We called the number on their website and the people who answered said they were not there and couldn’t help with anything.

Poor service with security guards
We enjoyed the stay at Flow Miami, however, the parking was an issue. We was never offered a parking ticket, and the 2nd security we dealt with around 4a was not helpful, despite us having a room access key. In addition, he did not understand english. I had to speak to front desk to enter tje garage. Both receptionists from 9p and 4a were very helpful, no issues with the . Only issue is with secruity guard that worked around 4a.

A brand new hotel room with a commanding view of the Miami World Center. Super walkable for entertainment and food. Furnishings are amazing solid and very high design. Definitely would stay again and fully recommend!

Great trip at Flow
Amazing stay at Flow! Had a fully furnished 1 bedroom unit for the price of a hotel room. The furniture was all brand new and modern with a great vibe. Great fitness center with free classes and rooftop pool. Used the open coworking space too which was great. Will definitely be back

Apparently this is an apartment building that now offers some of their apartments as a hotel option. I reserved a one bedroom apartment that was super cute!!! Its downfalls are 1. There is no staff available to assist with anything as the front desk people onsite are from a security company that is there to patrol the lobby for the residence who actually live in the building. Although they were nice, they weren’t able to assist with anything. I couldn’t even get an extra blanket. 2. There’s no phone in the room to call for any assistance. I actually had to get on the elevator to go to the lobby to ask security person for a blanket and question why there was no phone all to get no help 3. There was no TV to watch nor dresser in the bedroom like normal hotels. All and all… the apartment was nice with an extremely nice balcony view but if “The Flow” is going to get into the hotel business, they’re going to have to offer some hotel amenities. 4. Last but not least.. to check in the security guy took a picture of the front/back of my credit card and my license which I was total uncomfortable with. There was a 23.00 balance remaining due as the deposit paid ahead covered most of the cost of the room but why couldn’t the company just take that remaining off of the card that used to book the room in the first place. I felt like that was really misusing my personal information. Lastly, when I called the phone number on “The Flows” website the person I spoke with knew nothing.

Overall I highly recommend this property.. the host is super attentive and available almost immediately. The apartment complex has great facilities and location. My only downside was the parking which is not included and can become very costly nonetheless the host provided us some recommendations.
