In contrast to several glowing reviews our experience was unpleasant. We arrived during the stated arrival time but the proprietor/manager told us to come back later. Then she told us she was providing the room I reserved to a different guest who had a dog. The room she wanted us to have had a dangerous curved staircase between the room and the bathroom which had no railing. We refused the alternate room and finally got what I reserved. The bathroom had limited amenities including shampoo in tiny plastic envelope packaging which had to be torn open. One packet was insufficient so my wife decided to postpone washing her hair. The breakfast buffet was limited with a barely warm fried egg as the only "hot" dish. And the staff was picky about seating and squeezed our party of three into a table which was built for two people. We have felt welcomed at every stop in Italy on this trip but we were happy to leave this inn and can't recommend it

Nice reasonably large room but maybe a little cold. I liked the breakfast in the winter garden area.

Beautiful place in a beautiful city! The grounds are so lovely and the staff so kind. The breakfast was delicious! If you don’t have a car, be prepared to call taxis as walking to town doesn’t really work. Great stay!

We had the accessible room in the rear of the building and it seems like this was likely the nicest room. We particularly enjoyed the large shower with very hot water. The property was a close drive to Old Orvieto and parking at the town is convenient from the pay lot. The Agriturismo grounds are very pretty and peaceful and the staff are all so nice. Breakfast was typical Italian (mostly cakes) and enjoyed from the sunroom/deck. We have no complaints! Very nice stay.

The property has a lovely pool and surroundings, nice ambience, family atmosphere. We had a lovely room, spacious. Unfortunately breakfast with an allergy was forgotton. Suggest the fridge be upgraded so it keeps drinks cold in summer as really not adequate. Please when contact is needed it would be useful to have a contact number to ring when no one is around.
