We booked through Hotels.com but the apartment is run through Milan Royal Suites. Online description for the specific apartment we booked was 2 bed, 3 bathroom with balcony in Rossini suite 9. We specifically chose this for our needs.
Upon arrival in Milan communication was poor and the rep coming to meet us was 20-30mins late. He then took us to our apartment Rossini suite 8 which was smaller and had no balcony and 3 bathrooms but only 1 shower. We expressed our disappointment and that this was not what we had booked. After some discussions with the rep and on the phone to his boss they told us the other apartment had no hot water and also didn’t have a balcony to begin with so we were in the same apartment as what we booked. This was obviously very disappointing. We were offered a very small discount of €120 and to save upset and causing trouble on our weekend break we just accepted this. That being said the appartment Rossini 8 was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. It was quite noisy in one of the bedrooms due to a fan unit outside. It was a good spot but I wouldn’t use this company again.

Centrally located apartment
Mix up in communication about check in . No hot water , but we managed to fix that . No hand soap in toilets.
But once we got over that , the apartment is in a fabulous location for the metro , supermarket opposite, cash point at the end of the road plus all the lovely restaurants in Brera.
