Pros and cons to staying here. The space is lovely and airy and spacious. The neighborhood is very pretty. The Design District is fun to walk around. And we appreciated free off-street parking. Calling it a hotel is a misnomer. Customer service is basically nonexistent. You're on your own for coffee if you're there more than one day unless you carry nespresso pods in your luggage. So something to keep in mind. Fortunately, there are two coffee shops a short walk away.

It’s a quaint little hotel in Buena Vista (next to the Design Center). It has charm and everything inside is of quality. Just be aware there are no elevators if you are on the second floor and the stairs are pretty narrow. The beds are super comfortable. The only thing, for my stay, the cleaning was not up to par. The floor was dirty, the hand towel had lipstick on it, there was a dirty knife in the dishwasher, the air filter was dirty, the hallways were not cleaned often. There was a dead snail in front of my door that remained there for almost a week. There were some spiders outside that I felt should have been cleaned up. If a coffee drinker, they offer two pods when you check in; not as easy to find new ones. Overall very charming, super comfortable but cleaning and maintenance needs to improve. If staying more than a couple of days, consider the location, transportation and a few other items that should be provided to make the stay excellent.

The place looks exactly like the photos and it’s very comfortable. I stayed for an extended period, and the hallway cleanliness and pest control could be improved. Communication, as well as the availability to resolve issues like fixing the coffee maker, as an example could also be better.

O local é impacável. Totalmente completo e com tudo o que precisa para uma estadia perfeita. A casa além de ser organizada, fica numa rua muito tranquila e com estacionamento gratuíto na parte lateral da propriedade. A casa fica a dois quarteirões do Design Distric. Quando voltarmos a Miami, certamente iremos procurar novamente essa propridade.

Het appartement is stijlvol ingericht voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Alles is schoon en netjes. Heerlijke douche en ruime wastafel. Er is zelfs een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Enig klein minpuntje is de gehorige algemene hal en trap. Een perfecte plek voor een verblijf in Miami.
