Highway noise
The pillows were lumpy. Actual lumps. It advertised choc chip cookies - there were none. But there was free cofee always available. Also of the website amenities & room looked better. BUT THE WORSE PART was the noise of the traffic outside the window all hours, all hours! I got little sleep for 2 nights. The highway noise was awful.

Not worth the money
The room was very basic. Cabinet door to fridge almost falling off. Possibly discoloration or mold on ceiling in shower due to no exhaust. The picture showed a hot tub by the pool that was covered over. The pool said heated. Was looking forward to swimming and didn’t even make it to my knees because it was cold. Asked the desk about it being a heated pool, response was it’s as high as it goes. The water was maybe 70s. Overall it was a place to sleep but nothing really nice not would we stay again.

Was told at check in there would be no house keeping during our stay. The drawers in the room would not stay closed. The plugs and base boards were covered in dust. There was a tile right outside our room stained black from water damage.

Stairway in lobby was pretty.
For the price we paid it was not so bad. However lots of repairs are needed. The drawers in dresser would not stay shut, the side panel was really damaged. The furniture in general was not good. Beware of the three leg bench out front, it almost ended my life!

The hotel appears to have been recently taken over by Country Inn and Suites. When we arrived, the outside trash can was overflowing, a light pole had fallen down and was taped off with yellow caution tape. The entryway area, lobby and dining area smelled and looked clean. The hallways had areas where the wallpaper was peeling, many areas were missing trim around the doors. Inside our room, we found chip crumbs on the floor, the dresser was missing a drawer, the other drawers were not level and kept opening, the door in front of the mini fridge was broken. Overall, these things just left a lot to be desired. Over the 2 days we stayed there, we only saw the same 3 employees. I thought that was strange. We were not told that we would not be having any housekeeping services during our stay, but they never attended to the room. When I requested new towels, I had to return our used towels to the front desk first before they would provide anymore towels. No "extra" towels were allowed to be given. The breakfast was so-so. It was well maintained, but had very limited options. We skipped it on our last morning there and opted for the Waffle House. Which honestly, wasn't much better.

Attendant was rude & had an attitude, tried to tell us we couldn’t check in at 18 years old when it clearly says so on their website. Other than that the stay was fine, the room was alright.

Actually it was a great hotel compared to the Red Roof Inns. Clean, pleasant and great location. Didn't like the fact that they still took a hold on our credit card ($100.00) that may take up to 5 days to be refunded. Great breakfast!

Get what you pay for
Hotel is cozy, howevever you can tell it need to be updated, our room had a lingering smoke smell from the previous occupant, the shower was massive. The tables and garbage cans in the breakfast area couldve used a wipe down, overall we enjoyed our stay.
