The property was absolutely amazing! Clean, the host was very attentive and friendly, amenities were perfect. I was nervous about booking at first but was comforted by the reviews I did read. The beds were comfortable, there was AC, the shower had great pressure and hot water, there were dishes to use, dish soap, towels, extra blankets, toiletries, etc. There was a common area downstairs that I walked through but did not use. There were a few cats roaming outside that were friendly and would only approach you if you engage. Yes you can hear some outside noise but this wasn't an issue (P.S. I live in a busy city). If you're a light sleeper or bothered by noise, do what you have to do to block it out (earbuds, etc.), but don't let that stop you from booking this amazing stay. Very accessible to many restaurants, stores, and the beach. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would definitely stay here again when visiting Miami Beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Funky place. Poor heating. Thin windows, lots of street noise. No shampoo. Seven cats in lobby, along with three bowls of cat food. No TV. No parking. Rusty door lock.

Adriana was such a lovely host! Clear instructions on location and how to check in, made things very easy as a first time visitor to the states. Room was huge and well equipped - beach chairs and towels, kettle, microwave, stove, iron, aircon and heating, throws and extra pillows, basically everything you could ask for. The lobby also contains a huge range of products to help yourself to. Super convenient location, very close to bars, restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to everything we needed. Huge plus for us was the lovely cats living around the property. There is a lovely garden through the rear of the lobby where you may find one or two if you’re lucky. They are so sweet. Adriana herself was so so helpful, I had the pleasure of bumping into her twice during my stay and she was more than happy to help in any way she could. Overall a lovely stay by a lovely host in a lovely property. We would definitely return. Thanks Adriana!

Il soggiorno a Barcelona Studios è andato benissimo! Le camere erano pulite, la posizione fantastica e poi.. Adriana! La signora che gestisce la guesthouse, brasiliana, è semplicemente solare, genuina e ci ha aiutato in tutti i nostri bisogni. Assolutamente consigliato.

The location was great — right in Miami Beach and at a very reasonable price. The place is an old house converted into small studios, not recently renovated but still quite comfortable overall. You can feel a bit of humidity, which is understandable for this kind of older building. What I didn’t like, though, is that the manager lives inside the property and constantly watches over what’s going on. Each time someone came in or spoke a little louder, she would appear to check who it was. It made me feel a bit watched, which is not what you expect when staying at a hotel.

The guest house is conveniently located in a walkable part of Miami Beach. Adriana is very helpful responds in a minute. The ladies who clean the rooms are nice too. The patio is charming. Access to the beach within a few minutes, everything is at hand. I knew this part of Miami already so it was not a surprise. Just one thing, this old house deserves refreshing, especially the kitchen, only one of the two stoves worked and the overall thing could be improved. Surprisingly, the studio I stayed in #17, was very quiet, no noise, which can be a bit of a challenge when you stay close to España Way. I recommend hhis Guesthouse and if I come back a fifth time, it is likely I choose this place.
