Great stay and perfect location! This rental was perfect for our Phoenix trip the location couldn’t be better! It’s only about a 7-minute walk to Chase Field and close to downtown attractions, great restaurants, and coffee shop. The house itself is updated, clean, and well-kept with plenty of extra towels. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus a blow dryer which was a nice touch. The kitchen has basic pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and silverware. They also provide salt, pepper, and olive oil, but if you love to cook, you’ll definitely want to pick up extra seasonings or groceries nearby. The layout was great for our group of five three bedrooms and two baths, with two king-size beds and a queen-size bunk bed setup that worked perfectly for us. The Jacuzzi was wonderful to relax in after a long day exploring! It’s a shared property with a smaller unit in the back, but we barely noticed anyone else was there, it still felt private and peaceful. Parking in the driveway was super convenient, and the host was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. Overall, a great rental in an ideal area with easy freeway access for day trips (we even took a quick two-hour drive to Sedona). We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

We were on the road when booking and let the host know. We promptly paid all deposits, and felt good when the host was communicating qui. The address on the app was wrong, which is what we used for directions. After walking in the heat, we realized the communication had the correct address. We get to an 85 degree property, stressed, because I have a skin condition that requires me to sleep cool. The house gets turned down to 72. There are only blinds, and several windows. No blackout curtains, so 72 feels like 78 in the house. Especially if youre moving, we brought dogs, so we took frequent walks. It was hot in the house and you do not have control of the ac. I let the host and management person know I have a skin condition, and I normally sleep at 62, but was willing to do 68, so that I didnt get anymore cysts. I have 2 additional since sleeping at this property. I asked for a 4 degree difference and wasnt able to be accomodated. I even let the host know the address was wrong on the app, nothing. It is also a shared space, and while the guests were nice enough, I had to be up all night hearing them in the hotub until 5:45 in the morning, when I flipped the patio light on to let them know my child would be up soon. We would be having a very different conversation if he had walked out to them. I even let Tyler know a few times that I was travelling with a child. Very disappointing. Broken glass everywhere outside of the property. I would consider it semi dog friendly at best!

Beautiful! Exactly what we expected and needed.

We really enjoyed the space it was beautiful. And in a convenient location. Parking was smooth as well. The front bedroom was too hot to sleep in and the living room was hot during the day. The only suggestion I would say is add a smoking area outside where ppl can sit down it was hot and we had to go out the gate. But all in all this is a beautiful space and totally worth checking out.

The property was amazing. In the center of the city but away from it like 9min from the airport. So it was still quité there were some minor things that could be fixed like paint in the kitchen ceiling and some wood tiles in the living room but other than that the home was perfect. Also a little confusing with the parking spaces Be at of the rental B in the back. It was too hot for us to use the hot tub, also the temperature settings were a little off. But we will definitely come back again. Thank you.
