The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been swept in a while and the bedding didn’t seem fresh.
On checking in I was informed that I had been given 'an upgrade', but I have stayed in that same room before and it wasn't an upgrade. As for the room next door, I could hear the person in the bath. The rooms must be split by a very thin partition.
I asked for a receipt while paying on arrival but was informed that I would get it in the morning. However the reception wasn't opened at 0720am and when I pressed the bell, no one came. There appeared to be an A4 receipt lying behind the locked counter barrier which was unreachable so I just had to leave without it.
