Up until the 1st floor I would say the hotel is a 4 star. But having a look at the swimming pool that was yellow and the smell of chlorine intense. Then looking at the bathroom with brown stains in the shower tray and around the shower area, even the finishings of the toilet weren't done properly. The shower head was blocked and water was going everywhere else but to where it should go. The small shower head holder was loose but we manage not to break it even more. Then the food at the dinner, if you really enjoy tasty food like I do, you won't like it at all. I was expecting a lot more traditional tasty food. If there is a next time, I will definitely pay just for breakfast and have the other meals elsewhere. I would classify this hotel as a 3 star. Positives: The location is great, breakfast was fine, the walls between the rooms were thick and staff was friendly.

First time staying since the changeover from Florida Spa. Hotel very good but disappointed they didn’t offer late checkout for €30 like old hotel as it would be useful for older people with later flight. Also tv didn’t work 2nd night

Great stay apart from the pool sun beds

All good apart from the removal of the pool bed comfort padded liners for the pool beds. Also they have started charging for couple pool loungers. Although this may sound petty given everything else was great, I wasn't able to get comfortable on the pool beds, had to go to the beach and pay for comfort in the sun

Leonardo oli jälleen kerran oikea valinta lomamajoitukseksi. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja kaikki toimii. Paitsi vessat olivat toiminta kunnottomia koko hotellissa reilun 12h, sama juttu kuin viime vuonna. Allasbaarin snack tarjontaa vois myös päivittää.

Utmörkt frukost och bra läge

Vi hade bokat ett delux rum på 8:e våningen och hade utsikt mot stranden. Rummet motsvarade inte bilderna och beskrivningen. Rummet var mindre, soffa saknades och balkongmöblerna av plast. Fanns endast en fåtölj, hade önskat ytterligare en sittplats. Städning och byte av handdukar varje dag, mycket bra. Poolen väldigt liten och väldigt få solsängar, inte anpassad för ett så stort hotell. Utmärkt frukost, kanske t.o.m lite för mycket. Tyst rum förutom AC:n som levde om. Upplevde hotellet i alla fall lyxigt och nära till strand och precis mitt i centrum.
