Enjoy

The floors leading to my room were not just dirty but they looked like they have not been cleaned in a while ,the elevator looked like it was run into with the baggage cart more than once, the place seemed more like an extended stay. I happen to be there on the night the special Olympics were in town and while that's fine , the manager booked them on the 4th floor, no sleep till Brooklyn literally. yes the rooms were clean and yes it was a place to lay my head for a reasonable price. enjoy your stay!!!

Won't be back

We had stayed in this hotel before no issues. This time was not so great. We stay in the area often to visit family and this is our last time at this hotel. First strike our flight was delayed several times due to tornados in the area and severe weather. After sitting on the plane for almost an hour our flight was canceled. I called the front desk 10 times before someone answered. I advised our situation and was told I wouldn't be charged for the night and to check in the next day. Flew in the next morning and checked in that afternoon. Was told I was checked in the night before and charged for the room. I stated again that my flight was canceled last minute and nothing I could do. Guy at desk said well you didn't give 24 hour notice so we charged you. I don't have a crystal ball so how am I to give 24 hour notice when I didn't even have 10 minute notice. Second strike arrive to our room on second when asked for top floor. Opened the closet door to find a large hole cut into the wall and the clothes iron was hanging by one screw. The light by the bed was rusty and flashed like a disco ball when turned on. There was dust behind the tv and the key card would only work to unlock the door once. We had to go back to the front desk several times to get the key recoded. Third strike was breakfast each morning, there was no variety same thing each day. Needless to say we did not have a good stay and will not be back.

Hotel did not have basic items like a do not disturb sign or laundry bags. Hall way filthy and hotel had lots if damage throughout. First night found remote completely destroyed and then was give. Another one that had chip off bottom missing. Tv functions and channel selection horrible. I would recommend the brand drop the franchise.

The hotel lobby was acceptable. The hallways and elevator looked terrible. The finishes everywhere were scared and in need of replacement. The room had one chair and was not comfortable.

Never Again

This hotel is a dump. The TV is the size of my computer screen with an extremely frustrating remote that is not at all user friendly. We asked for a towel from the front desk and were told they were out of towels so gave us 2 hand towels to use. The entire place smells. The front “vents” of the air conditioner in the room was caked with dust. My bedside lamp could not be used as it was wired to the overhead light. The bed was very uncomfortable…I could go on and on.
