We loved having the Central station just a few steps away. It allowed us to maneuver through Sydney and its outskirts very easily. The rooms are clean and staff is great. This place has everything you need and more.

The front room needs double glazed.

Front room was extremely noisy as.i couldn't sleep it was a real shame as i have stayed the last couple of nights that was wonderful in room 1A.I find the front room was spacious and clean but if I can not sleep this is problem for me as I am a very light sleeper.

This hotel is perfectly situated just a few steps from Central Sydney Station and a tram stop, in a walking distance to China Town and even the city center. There is a rather noisy pub downstairs. My room had only the basic equipment and rather shabby. However, bed was O.K. and so was the bathroom. Free WiFi worked well. Staff was polite and did their best to be helpful.

Location is good and within 1km of shopping areas. The area feels safe and good neighborhoods. Good eat close by. Unfortunately, rooms are really run down and my aircon didn't function all night. The staff tried fixing it with no success and I was not offered any compensation. Renovation is really needed guys. Thanks.

Simple and clean enough room. Facilities are a little old but completely functional. Incredibly convenient location and very easy to get back to your room at any hour. - Venue doesn't open until 10am, so arriving early to drop off bags is impossible. - Room has little to no soundproofing right next to central station, tram line and loud pub patrons. - Bizarrely there was a floodlight pointed directly at the window which the curtains could not block out entirely.
