It's not a perfect hotel, but the staff is exemplary. For the price, it's clean, easy to check in and out, they provide free water on arrival, nice little terrace to look at Florence. Immediately on arrival staff provided a guide for wheretl to go for coffee in the morning, and we're knowledgeable about the immediate area and how to get to the city center. I would stay here again A few things to fix: toilet seat was broken (usable), toilet flush mechanism was a little janky.

Nice hotel not far from city center

Wasn’t sure what to expect but it’s a small, well-run hotel in a less fancy but safe neighborhood. Our room (3 beds) was quite spacious, had a small table and chairs. Modern bathrooms with shower cabin. Beautiful ceiling, must be original to the building. The person greeting us was very hospitable and patiently explained about the area. There is no breakfast offered but the room had a tea kettle and good variety of tea, coffee, biscuits, and snacks. Very much appreciated cold water in mini fridge.

Great but needs updating!

Hotel Ferrucci was great, staff are so friendly and helpful and the location is good (if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk in sweltering heat). However it is in serious need of updating and could be something really special if done! It desperately needs painting, new pillows (mine was about the thickness of my hand), more than 1 mirror per room, and there was no where to hang things (bar the 1 towel hook in the bathroom). Shower was great, Air con was great, bed was comfortable!

Good choice!

No need to expect fancy stuff here, buddy. This place isn't a high-end hotel, but it's clean, quiet, and decent. The owner and staff are super nice. The bathroom's a bit snug, but it gets the job done. Plus, they throw in two free water bottles and some tasty cookies. The location isn't smack in the center, but you've got some gourmet restaurants nearby. So, it's got its perks! 🏨😄

Hotel Ferrucci saved us. We had made the mistake of booking our other hotel for one less day than we needed and had to last minute scramble. Ferrucci was literally the only hotel with vacancy in the city and we snagged the last room. For that, I will be forever grateful. In terms of review, this place is definitely a budget option with a no-frills motel vibe and it's further away from the core of Florence. However, Florence is so walkable that it really isn't an issue and you can get to all the attractions fairly easily with a 15-20 minute walk. The rooms are not as nice as pictured in the photos and are clearly old, not the most renovated and the walls in the bathroom had marks/patterns. However, the room was comfortable and clean. My favorite part of our stay was the concierge was very friendly and helpful, provided us with exceptional service.
