Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. Upon arrival, the check‑in desk was completely unmanned, requiring us to go to the bar to locate a member of staff. The staff member then had to find a colleague to complete the check‑in process, who arrived without even a pen for the required paperwork. The check‑in desk itself was in an unacceptable condition, with the surface so sticky that the documents adhered to it.
The condition of the room was equally unsatisfactory. The bathroom was heavily affected by mould, and the walls and windows offered little to no sound insulation, making it impossible to avoid noise from both the room next door and the courtyard throughout the night and early morning.
Checkout was similarly problematic. It was difficult to find a staff member, as they appeared to be occupied distributing breakfasts. The process was abrupt, with no enquiry about our stay; the key was simply taken without acknowledgment.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel. It does not offer the standard of cleanliness, service, or professionalism that guests should reasonably expect. Save you money !
