Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen, die Betten waren sehr gut, das Zimmer war sehr schön, alles war sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Es gab zudem sehr leckeren Kaffee gratis den ganzen Tag über. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Umgebung war auch sehr schön. Wir waren an einem Feiertag da, dennoch gab es einen 24 Stunden geöffneten Einkaufsladen. Einziger Nachteil war, dass es zum einen öfter Stromausfall gab mehrmals täglich. Zum anderen gab es einmal in der Nacht um 4:00 Uhr morgens einen unerklärlichen Alarm, alle Gäste mussten sofort auf die Straße gehen. 20 Minuten später konnten wir wieder in die Zimmer gehen. Das hatte ich noch nirgendwo erlebt. Aber das Hotel hat alles, was man braucht, auch die Busse Linie 5 oder 3 zum Kreuzfahrthafen oder zum Flughafen sind direkt vor der Tür und auch kostenlos! Wir sind also durch die gesamte Stadt mit verschiedenen Bussen kostenlos gefahren. Ich kann dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen, es ist sehr zentral und preisgünstig im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels.

Great value! May not be the nicest part of town, but the area is coming back. There is a new beautiful park directly across the street. Room was nice and clean. Recently renovated. Nice mattresses. Cool AC. Would definitely book again.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay right before your cruise. The rooms are extremely clean, very spacious, and smell amazing the moment you walk in. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the hot water was great as well. The manager is exceptionally kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has such a welcoming atmosphere. We’re so glad we found this place and will definitely be back before our next cruise!

El personal muy amable desde el momento en que llegué al hotel. Para no hacerme esperar (y todavía no eran las 16,00h) me dieron otra habitación mejor que la que reservé, que tenian disponible. Muy buena ubicación y habitaciones muy ámplias, limpias y cómodas.

Great rooms, location close to the museums, and the neighborhood has wonderful food and nightlife all within walking distance. The pictures don’t do the terrace justice. Large bathrooms and wonderfully helpful staff. I would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat
