Check in yapan personel çok ilgiliydi. Adeta bana rehberlik yaptı. Şehri sevdiren bir yaklaşımı vardı. Tüm güzelliklerden ve imkanlardan bahsetti. Valizimi bırakmak için erken uğradım. Check in yaptılar. Valizimi emanet aldılar. Gezeceğim yerleri nokta atışı tarif ettiler.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff were helpful and professional. The location was perfect and easily accessible to trains and activities. There is a great restaurant with common comfort foods attached to the hotel. I look forward to visiting Interlaken and staying at this hotel again.

Definitely will stay again in the hotel. Highly recommended!! Note: The room did not have AC which is totally understandable in this hotel. Opening the windows and using the provided fans was enough for me and my family.
