服務員態度和藹，值得信賴。花灑頭出水很少。廁所很擠迫，如果行動不便或帶小朋友不建議。被子尺寸有點小，而且比毛巾更薄，不舒適。不會再住下次。

ブルーモスクが近くてロケーション抜群でした。スタッフの方も親切でした。ホテルはクラシックで雰囲気があります。設備は古いですがよく手入れされてます。階段、ホテルロビーと素敵です。他のかたも書かれてますがバスルームが狭くて(トルコ風シャワー)タオルが灰色、ドライヤーに埃が溜まってました。気になる方は持参したほうが良いです。凄く快適ではないけどイスタンブールに居るなぁと思えるホテルでした。エレベーターはありません。フロントの方が手伝ってくれます。無料のお水はないです。ポット、スリッパあります。 朝食会場からの景色も素晴らしく美味しくいただきました。

The location of the hotel was the best. If you want to stay in the old town near the main attractions, you can’t beat that. However, there are some things you should know. If you book the blue mosque view Rome, the bathroom is a Turkish style and very small and not convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but they didn’t have any other options besides this type of room. They did move us the second day to a bigger room, but the bathroom had the same limitation. The breakfast is good and you can request them to cook your eggs and there’s a decent variety. It’s a good overall stay but for the price we expected a little more amenities and the room to be a little better.

Great location. Rooms pretty basic.

The breakfast was good. Easy starting the day without thinking about where to go for breakfast. Good variety. They did run out of items during our stay. No butter and no bananas. The room was basic, no luxury. The bathroom was strange and small and very hard to maneuver. Staff were very nice. The location was perfect and we had no problem walking everywhere we wanted to.

Don't hesitate to book.

Great breakfast. Beautiful outdoor patio and garden areas. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and it was nice to have complimentary bottled water supplied. Couldn't ask for a better location. Outside the front entrance, beautiful Blue Mosque and Arasta bazaar. Highly recommend.

First off, the location was superb. You can exit the hotel, walk across the street and enter the Arista Bazaar. The Hippodrome with all the historical buildings is a ten minute walk. The roomĺ was clean and the breakfast was fine for us as we don’t eat a lot in the morning. Smooth, hot Turkish tea was perfect. The staff was attentive to our needs altjough the language barrier was an issusca few times.

J’ai vraiment été déçue par le petit-déjeuner. En découvrant que les noix décortiquées dans le bol contenaient des toiles d’araignée, j’ai ressenti un vrai manque d’hygiène et de considération pour les clients. Pour un hôtel appelé palace, c’est très regrettable et cela mérite une vraie attention de votre part.

An absolute gem, the hotel was beautiful, the staff excellent. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Sultahmet, a lovely bazaar right outside the front and the views were amazing. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The breakfast options were many and varied, there was something for everyone. So pleased I stayed here.

Beautiful views

We had a brief stay here when we decided to extend our layover to include a tour of Istanbul. Splurging on the room with water views was worth it! The breakfast buffet was better than most hotels. The additional shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. And the location was great for our tour (very close to the Blue Mosque). I would consider staying here again if we return to Istanbul. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Gut gelegen, aber nicht brauchbar.

Tolle Location, das Personal nett aber inkompetent, wenig Service, das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe, kein richtiger Kaffee!, das Personal... immer falsch geschäftig...Teller vom Tisch wenn man noch isst, der Sonnenschutz wird entfernt während man noch im Schatten saß. Zimmer sind unter Niveau ausgestattet. DasHotel wirkt in einem Sanierungsrückstau.

Our Istanbul city break

A lovely hotel overlooking the Blue Mosque at the front, and the Bosphoros at the back where the restaurant and terrace is situated. Lovely views for breakfast. The staff were amazing, so helpful and always smiling. They couldn't do enough for us. Arranging taxis, providing advice on excursions etc.

Fantastic hotel with beautiful views

The hotel and its staff are amazing. They helped with questions and requests with a pleasant manner. The hotel is in a GREAT location. You get beautiful views of the ocean off the deck, the garden out front is relaxing and has the most incredible view of the Blue Mosque in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very special hotel experience

Amazing location, iconic views from both the front and back patios - ocean views for a lovely breakfast - and staff who will go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. This hotel made our trip to lovely Istanbul even better - would 1000% recommend!
