We asked three different people how to get to the room from the parking garage, and each one said we would see signs. That didn’t help at all because there are many signs and it doesn't say which ones to go in for the "hotel people". The bed was a double bed (not queen) even though I had 2 people on my reservation. One side of the bed was against a concrete wall. You pay a lot for parking as well.

The stay was good. Sonder was wonderful and prompt to answer questions and help with the parking disaster. The “hotel” is on a specific floors the rest of the building is residents and renters. It seems like as guests in other humans apartments was not a wanted thing for current residents. There were comments about “oh you are at the hotel”. It seemed like they were a little unsure of having hotel guests in their building. Parking was in fact a disaster. QR codes were unreadable and the parking staff was awful to us. Even though we paid 2 times for parking. My suggestion would be to park at Ramp B it’s $13 a day and a small walk. We spent over $140 for parking and couldn’t park or get into or even out of the parking garage without paying again. We still have not received any refunds on purchasing a 2nd ticket for $57. The floor we stayed on was 3. It really was wonderful. Very clean, large and I enjoyed the 2 bedroom unit. The website says “floor 17” is the amenities. It is actually floor 18. 17 is for tenants and requires a fab. Floor 18 was beautiful! We could walk and sit outside. Spa was beautiful! Pool area was closed for the season but equally beautiful. The hotel/apartments were doing a fire drill test on Thursday morning that lasted about 2 hours in totality. On and off intercom and fire alarm. I understand that is a requirement we also got notice so we were not surprised. But….8-9am when you are vacationing isn’t the most fun.

At first I was a little off-put by all communication via text. Parking was underground, no valet. We had to find our way to the office and use a virtual key to get into the building which took some finagling. The staff at check in were pleasant. First impression of the apartment, clean, spacious and clean. Nice big bathroom with double sink and large closet connected to the bathroom. The master bedroom had a comfortable enough bed but there was no tv in the bedroom. Kind of surprising but turned out ok. The shades let in a little too much light so o was grateful I had an eye masque to keep it dark. We were located directly across from the Twins ballpark but they were out of town this weekend. During a game weekend I would imagine it could be a tad noisy. The sofa bed was not comfortable, springs poking our guest, so they made up the couch and slept that way. The kitchen space was more than adequate but we didn’t really use it. The common space on the 18th floor was quite lovely. They have a nice view into the ballpark for game day or concerts! The pool table and party space was really nice as were the pool, the sauna and shower rooms.

Beautiful building and very clean, modern apartment. Right across street from Target Field and reasonable walk to downtown and North Loop restaurants. Only complaint: keypad on lobby entry door either not sensitive enough or too sensitive - lots of retry’s needed. On the other hand keypad on room door worked every time.

This is a great place to stay and have a lot of space. We travelled for business and it was nice to have two bedrooms (and bathrooms!!) and working space. We had a few minor things in our room (window was left open, lamp that flickered, nothing crazy). Note that bedrooms don't have TVs (not a big deal for us, but I know some people can't sleep without one!) The virtual key worked well. Getting in the first time is a little confusing, as others had said but after the first time its fine! We enjoyed our stay.

It is across the street from target field so incredibly convenient for a twins game. If you can’t get tickets, you can sit on the 18th floor, observation deck, and watch the game from the hotel!
