I booked a double premium room therefore I expected 2 beds. My husband & I were traveling with my 16 year old daughter. They ended up giving us a premium king room because that is what they had left. That is not what I chose or paid for. They would not give a partial or full refund for their error. It was uncomfortable having 3 tall people squeeze in bed. If the room wasn’t available, we shouldn’t have been allowed to book it.
