Entered the building and advised at the time of check in that I had a service dog. The front desk attendant said,"Ok, you wikk be in the animal room." And he walked me to the room, when we entered room 128 the smell of wet dirty dog and mildew hit my nose. The attendents reaction to mine, was that he laughed and said it is what it is. So we were forced to be in a room that was designated the "Animal room" just becaude I have a service dog. My dog is trained, obedient, and very sweet.
The beds were sub-par at best I may have had better luck sleeping on the floor.
