Wonderful A+++

Fantastic hotel and staff. Danika, Nicola and Anthony were very helpful the free specialty coffees were much appreciated. The bed was super comfortable. But the real highlight was the amazing shower with massage jets! Exactly what we needed after a ling day of walking.

Exquisite

It was an absolutely dreamy hotel. The staff was incredible and kind. The free breakfast was outstanding, much better than any free hotel breakfast in the states. The bed was so soft and comfortable and the shower was glorious! I will absolutely be back!

Most helpful, but watch out road construction

Excellent location. The most friendly and helpful staff ever. There are 3 steps going into the hotel if you are mobility challenged, but good elevator once in. The breakfast area is also down some steps. Getting there was an issue because taxi and uber can't drive within blocks of this hotel due to road renovation. Have to drag your luggage over pads, steel pads, and gravel to get to the hotel. The hotel does have a taxi service that will come get your luggage and help you get to the taxi but we didn't know that and had used Uber. They just dropped us off and told us where to go!! The sidewalk changed daily depending on construction--not much safety so I had to laugh because no way OSHA in US would approve the construction sites. They are digging around historic building so slow going, but not good for mobility challenged old people. Location in old quebec is excellent however. Loved this hotel and would stay here again. Homemade local breads and croissants for breakfast. Coffee, expresso, cappachinos, or hot chocolate included!!

When a reservation is not a reservation.

The street and sidewalk in front of the hotel for several blocks was torn up due to heavy construction, making it nearly impossible to drag our luggage to the entrance to the hotel. When we finally got there, we were told our room was unavailable and that they had arranged for us to stay at a different hotel. The front desk staff was helpful in arranging a cab (at the hotel's expense) and helping to get our bags back to where the cab could pick up up, but I would not recommend trying to stay at this hotel until construction is completed, which could take a year or longer. We were taken to a very nice hotel in a different area of town.

Great Place to Stay

Originally set to stay at Le Petit Hotel on Rue St Paul. At check-in we discovered there would be no water the next day. They to move us to same hotel but in Rue Notre-Dame. Couldn’t have been happier with the move. Great location. All front desk staff were amazing. Big shout out to Matthew and Zara. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Staff were great. Felt bad for the total as there is construction out front. At breakfast the desk staff were diligent about cleaning up so others could sit down as well as refilling the breakfast stock.

I loved it. A cozy, clean, and lowkey space in a central location in Old Port with welcoming staff and a tasty continental breakfast. The bed was supremely comfortable as well. I would absolutely pay a return visit.

Despite the extremely disruptive construction outside, this hotel exceeded expectations. Cozy lobby for hanging out with free coffee available 24 hours. Spacious and comfortable rooms. So nice to open the windows at night - not often an option Also the best hotel room shower I've had in quite a while with my favorite Labo products!

Frre gourmwt.coffee 24 hours a day and great.continental bfaat daily. The staff waa awesome and thw location was fantastic. Old world charm wirh modeen amwmities. I will be back!

Our stay at Le Petit Hotel was enjoyable as this property is close to everything in Old Montreal. The staff are wonderful and helpful, especially upon check-in with Nicolas. Continental breakfast with local pastries are good and I absolutely enjoyed their Le Labo bath products. The room also had slippers and robes available and was really clean. They also have a coffee bar which we also enjoyed! The only downside to our stay was the ongoing construction along Rue St. Paul as the street is only accessible by foot and you can hear the loud construction early in the morning, however I can't fault the hotel for this negative experience though. I would still stay at this hotel when I return to Montreal.
