We love this hotel. We feel safe and well accommodated in this hotel. We love that it is beachfront and a lot of activities to do around the area. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the balcony of our unit. This is a great choice for families that want to be in one unit but have separate rooms and beds. The staff are superb and kind. Very hospitable staff and accommodating.

FuramaXclusive was in a good location straight across from the beach, pretty quiet area compared to legian and 20 minute walk to garlic lane and bintang supermarket. Peak hour traffic along the beach road can be hectic due to width of the road. Hotel is safe with friendly and helpful security guards out front. The rooms were cleaned and service was good. Money exchange in the lobby was helpful Kids indoor playground very convenient but the kids pool needs to be monitored more by the life guards as it is not safe and many parents are not watching their own kids jumping off the wall or foot bridge into the big pool. The 1 bedroom suite was very similar to the studio room so not worth the extra money paid as i was expecting a functioning kitchenette like the 2 bedroon suite and only got a mini bar fridge; not even a bowl, cutlery microwave etc Overall we had a good stay

in big need of revamp the hotel is old and tired . although staff were great cleanleness left a lot to be desired, new towles that were left daily smelt and not very clean.Check was suppose to be 2pm room not ready till 3pm

The property looks very run down. You can sleep in, in the morning as there is a rooster singing from about 5am to 7 am and in the evening you can get any rest cause of all the noisy fireworks on the beach One morning there was a mouldy bread on the tray in the breakfast area, and breakfast was same every day. We paid breakfast for 10 days but only ended up eating for 2 days in the restaurant. The bed linen was old and the bathrooms had dirt build up. I personally would never stay in this hotel again

When we arrived the room had a large water leak which we were changed rooms the next morning after attempting to clean it up but it kept pooling back. Hotel features are much older then photos make them out and are much more aged but still a great location & value for money

Great kids play centre up near the restaurant, costs aprox $10 a day per kid. I did request a nanny for a few hours during my stay when booking and we discussed it via messages but when we arrived they said no nanny’s were available (would have been good to know this before arriving so I could find a private one rather then the hotel one), kids pool area was great although the tiles were very slippery. Breaky was fantastic, great location to beach/cafes

This hotel is big and we found it a bit noisy. The bridges across the swimming pool where very hard to get your suitcases across. You have to walk across them from reception to get a lift up to the rooms. Not very well designed. The room was comfortable and spacious. Staff are very nice.
