The property is very nice and the view from the room is amazing. Staff are very helpful and professional. The restaurant is also very good. There is a shuttle bus to take guests to and from the main area in Airlie beach which is very convenient. We would stay here again.

For a family of 5, the accommodation was spacious. The views were glorious. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, others were difficult to communicate with. The hotel will be undergoing renovations, i cant wait to visit again once they are complete.

Beautiful views from our room. Facilities such as the pool and dining were easy to access and great to use. We swapped rooms TWICE though, because of broken aircons in the apartments and one of the apartments had rubbish lying behind open doors eg used beer bottles and jewellery scattered on the carpet. The staff were very quick and helpful in changing us to suitable rooms though.

Besides not-so-convenient, room furnishings need refresh as they’re really old in our room. Breakfasts are decent and included in our room rates. Pool is small and not heated. Not a 41/2 stars hotel. Room is spacious but furniture is outdated. No cleaning service if you stay less than 8 days. WiFi not good. Breakfast was good but you have to pay for extras, like coffee. Food at on-site restaurant was good. I wouldn’t stay there again if I go back to Airlie beach.

Club Wyndham had a great breakfast, bar and pool area and the walkways around the hotel and stairs down a large hill were well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms have comfortable beds and amenities that are needed however are a little dated, and could do with a revamp. There was a particular smell in our apartment when we first arrived however this went away after we kept the windows open. When we first arrived the hotel was unable to find our booking via wotif due to a recent change in booking system - this was rectified and a room found with some drink tokens provided while we waited but was a stressful start to the holiday. If you can manage walking up and down the massive hill it’s great value with everything you need.

On Monday 7/10/2024, which was the last night of our stay at the hotel, we went to the reception to book a taxi to airport for tomorrow morning and to make a reservation for breakfast as well (all of us in age of 60 and above) but the lady who was at reception that night with short black hair was talking loudly and roudly with his boyfriend or... on the phone since we arrived and we waited in front of her for 45 minutes but she ignored us with irresponsibility and rude behavior and didn't even ask us what's going on!she didn't cut the phone or putting that on hold.I'm very sorry because of such a situation that I haven't had it in any trip so far and I believe that the hotel staff's polite behavior with customers is the biggest reson for choosing and visiting the hotel again.I hope to improve your work tack care of these important things.
