We stayed at spark for electric car charging but parking spaces were taken up by non electric vehicles. Staff said they had no control of hotel parking lot.

Very neat and clean. New facility, nice front desk personnel.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

We stayed for one night. My daughter had orientation at SFA, it was a very convenient location to the campus. The front desk was very polite and delivered excellent customer service. We did take advantage of the breakfast the next morning, the area was cleaned but only served cold options, no hot breakfast available. I tried to book a room again for family weekend at SFA and realized the rates were double for that weekend. I did not feel like that was fair or very customer service friendly taking advantage of customers knowing it was going to be a busy weekend. If the place was updated or had better amenities to offer their customers, I could tolerate the price spike, but not worth it for what they have to offer.
