Solid value for a great location in downtown Toronto. The space is livable and convenient.

Convenient location and on the PATH. The place needs a bunch of TLC. Lamps need lightbulbs to work. The sofa is awful as the springs are gone. If you plan on spending time in the condo, I wouldn't stay here again. If you are a bunch of guys coming in for a game/weekend, it is fine.
