酒店仍在裝修中，如生活在地盆內，髒、濕、嘈。是2星級小旅館不是3星級酒店，不應收酒店的價錢，有被騙的感覺，Hotels. Com 應了解清楚才上網讓客人訂房，很失望的一次住宿，影響了我對hotel. Com的信賴！

A localização do hotel é muito boa, assim como o atendimento dos recepcionistas, mas é preciso levar em consideração que o ar condicionado passa a noite inteira desligando, mesmo não estando no período do inverno. Um outro ponto negativo são as escadas e o elevador extremamente pequeno. A acústica é mais um ponto negativo do hotel, péssima qualidade.

Great hotel in great location

Great stay and great service. Left our bags before check-in and they where brought up to our room when we came back. Very clean and nice room. Bed was OK. Location was perfect! Close to everything and nice bars and restaurants around.

Hotel met een topligging

Onze trip begon met een goed ontvangst, hierdoor voelden we ons direct welgekomen en dat maakte ons nog nieuwsgieriger naar de stad. We geraakte van de locatie heel snel in de levendige stad door de perfecte locatie. De kamer had alles wat we nodig hadden, het was niet exceptioneel maar wel goed.

Trevligt hotell

Väldigt bra hotell med trevlig personal och väldigt bra läge i stan. Mindre bra var att det var otroligt lyhört mellan rummen, man hörde så fort någon annan på samma våning spolade vatten eller bara pratade i sitt rum. Och precis som alla andra hus i Amsterdam så är trapporna otroligt branta (det fanns hiss upp till tredje våningen men sen fick man ta en trappa upp till fjärde). Generellt sett toppenläge då det låg lite utanför de mest populära gatorna vilket gjorde att det var ett lugnt område. Skulle absolut välja detta hotell igen.

Klein hotel / vriendelijk personeel

Vriendelijke staff. Geen ontbijtmogelijkheid in het hotel, maar buiten het hotel op 5m wandelafstand kan je een ontbijt bij Bosco nemen. Badkamer is klein maar doet zijn job. Het bed is smal en zeer zacht, je rolt naar het midden toe. Ze spreken er enkel Engels.

Would def stay here again

The location was perfect. Check in was simple. The room was a good amount of space for 2 people. The bed sank in at the middle a little bid - it’s probably just an old mattress, but it was fine at the end of the day. Pillows were fluffy. The bathroom was spacious. This was one of the better stays throughout our Europe trip.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel, except for its location, which is very convenient and lovely. The main issues were: we could hear something that sounded very much like mice scurrying inside the wall behind our beds. When I asked about this at the front desk they were not very surprised, and said "Well, Amsterdam has mice." The other problem was that people were smoking outside our back window late into the night. I think the arrangement of rooms and private patios is not so good for sound and smell-proofing, and it was very disturbing to our rest. At one point I was in the bathroom and I noticed that through the semi-transparent glass window there was a person right on the other side of it, presumably another guest on their terrace. I thought I was in a private space in our bathroom, but then I was really alarmed to see there was someone just a couple feet away from me outside the window. Also, there was some kind of loud drainage pipe that ran through our wall and made odd and loud sounds. My boyfriend and I barely got a wink of sleep :( .

Hôtel bien situé, proche de toutes commodités. La chambre était propre et le ménage a été fait quotidiennement. Deux petits bémol : chambre très peu spacieuse et matelas qui s’affaisse ainsi que des coussins trop épais. Toutefois, je recommande.

Cozy hotel in quiet area

We enjoyed our stay at NL hotel. The room was small, but comfortable and clean, and has a lovely view of the canal outside. It was conveniently located to the 397 direct bus from the airport and within walking distance of downtown (if you like to walk). Very close to the museums. Nice area with many local restaurants and bars. The only hiccup was that there was nobody around when we arrived and nobody answered the bell. We had to phone a number that led us to another hotel one block down. It got sorted out within a half hour though. We’d stay here again.
