I literally left my 2 night stay in Washington D.C. to come back to Roost, when I say this place is TOP TIER it’s TOP TIER. We normally book the King room but I booked the Queen room to see how it is and it’s amazing as well, it’s more intimate to me. It’s just enough space for you and your love one. Roost will always be my top favorite. Can’t wait to visit again

Loved the apartment feel of it. Great interior to the room - loved the coffee and set up of everything, including the cleaning products so I could leave it clean. The area of the city it's in was a bit "iffy", but I didn't feel completely unsafe. Just happens to be located in an area I wasn't familiar with or comfortable with - never been to Philly before - didn't know what to expect.

This is my favorite place to stay at when visiting Philadelphia. It’s literally in the heart of everything. The apartment makes you feel at home, it has everything you need… from a washer & dryer in the apartment to a full kitchen with dishes and pots that can be used. It’s just PERFECT !…. I have not 1 complaint. A definite 100 out of 10 !
