There is a elderly lady. Ide say owner who would be the nastiest sour woman myself my wife and children have ever seen. Nothing was said or done to us but the way she talks to her staff is in exceptabke.. it's not Italy in the 30s lady ... Avoid the place as people like her do not deserve to be supported ...

Floor sloped which made the short wall creak with every step. Air con vibrated the wall making it hard to sleep. Tv aerial needs tweaking. I was comfortable though. I would stay again but next time in an ensuite cabin. Thank you.

For last minute cheap booking I normally wouldn’t complain but the units were cold and outdated in desperate need of renovation, with dust all over the walls and dirty bedding. The staff were polite and were on top of the grounds in terms of cleanliness, would not recommend staying in the standard cabins.

So confused why you would advertise a unit that has a double bed and a bunk bed but provide no linen for the bunk bed. This was not clear when booking this and extremely annoying. We had to share the bedding from the double bed and then the second night borrow some. And I’m not paying extra for bedding…. Ridiculous. The chair outside was broken too…

Unit was clean

Mark was brilliant. TV remote didnt work, mark cleaned the contacts. Volume and channel buttons are very hard to work, have to push hard on buttons. Had to drag the pillows to the foot end to watch the tv on the fridge as the curtains made it difficult to watch. Unit becomes quite warm as there is no air flow due to other units around it. Air conditioning is $1 per two hours. You have to pay for air conditioning in the budget units. There was old blood stains on the sheets at the foot end which I discovered when I was shifting around on the bed. Internet was slow to get onto but ok once there. Be aware that if you leave any dirty crockery after moving out a $25 charge will be added to credit card. I had issues with the noise from the people at the back of me until 2.26 in the morning. Kids yelling and screaming and jumping on the floor and no one stopped them. The man swore all afternoon.
