ただ、地図が間違えているので早急に直した方がいいと思います。これはホテルではなくエクスペディアの問題ですね

This hotel is very convenient for our stay. It’s walking distance for us do most of our shopping including the nearly pedestrian street. There was renovation on the floor where we stayed but it didn’t cause any inconvenience to us. We were given another hr stay after the check out time at 2.00pm. Will choose to stay in again if we happen to be in Shenzhen.

とても快適に宿泊できました。
清掃も行き届き、様々なサービスも充実しています。
35元で袋一杯に詰めた洗濯物を洗ってもらえるサービスもありました。乾燥して綺麗に畳んで帰ってきました。
香港空港への送迎車の手配もフロント横のバスサービス会社のカウンターでできます。ホテルから香港空港まで200元です。（香港空港からホテルまでの車もあります。香港空港でチケットを買えます。）
このサービスを利用してとても楽に香港空港からホテルまで来れました。帰りも利用し、その時雨だったのですが、ホテルスタッフが傘をさして車まで送ってくれました。
隣にセブンイレブンもあり便利です。飲食店や大型ショッピングモールもホテル近くにあります。
地下鉄駅までも徒歩5分くらいです。
スタッフは日本語を話せる方もいました。
備品としては湯沸かしポット、冷蔵庫、テレビ、トイレはウォッシュレットもあります。築年数が経ってる感はありますがとても清潔にしていました。
ベッドのマットレスがとても気持ちよく眠れました。宿泊費も安くてよかったです。
館内のマッサージも利用しました。日本の半額くらいの値段で腕もよかったです。マッサージのフロントの方はに日本語も通じます。（施術者は通じませんでした。）

國賓駅B出口を上がり出ます。そのまま直進、次の交差点を左折。５分歩くと右手角に在ります。日本人ビジネスマンの定宿の為、普通に日本語が通じます。朝食も美味しかったです。

room is modern, clean, comfortable and big. 4k sony tv covers all international channels, pearl, jade, cnn, hbo, nhk, fuji, tbs. 5-7minutes walk to exit C of "Old Street station" = East Gate Shopping Street.
