Dirty restroom and a dirty headboard in the room. We only stayed a couple of hours before a flight, but the cleanliness was unacceptable. Not a good experience.

cracked sink, wrong shape toilet seat for toilet shape, curtains falling to an angle, do not block out light, open trash cans on sight, dogs barking in rooms, people living there?, dirty floors, rooms were not ready on time, hectic check in process, understaffed?, dirty doors inside and out, ill-fitting on the frame, kind of glad we were on the second floor as lots of creatures could make their way in, no shampoo or conditioner or hair dryer, thin tiny towels

Except for a large dark crack in the bedroom ceiling that needs to be fixed. Looks like it was caused by a water flood from the room above. Also looks like the bathroom ceiling suffered some damage that has had some repairs done but are of a very poor qaulity. Needs redoing.

The staff was friendly and location safe. The room was pretty bad. It wreaked of cat urine, didn’t have a bathroom mirror and felt dirty with fixtures and tile falling apart. The bed was at least clean.

Beware!! Questionable cliente! Police were regular visitors. Beds were uncomfortable. Bed sheets and towels were stained. Ran out of hot water for shower. Room rate was cheap, but I got what I paid for in reality. However, Staff was friendly and courteous. Did attempt to help address concerns.

This hotel offers smoking rooms which is a big plus - we had a big group going to the races and everyone could stay at the same hotel. Good parking, close to the freeway and tons of restaurants and stores within 2 miles. Had a wire off my TV that made the remote not work, they fixed it at 8:30 that night - many hotels would say wait till maintenance the next day. Right next to 2 other hotels that do not offer smoking rooms - this makes this one the best choice by far as everyone can stay at the same place. Will stay here again.

The front desk person was super nice. The room was horrible. Holes in the wall, broken headboard on the bed, broken soap dish in shower...I couldn't even take a shower because I didn't feel comfortable. One of the pillows smelled like body odor. The only reason I didn't request a new room was because my son, who is on the spectrum, asked me not to.
