Staff cannot do enough for you, especially Mr Herwadi and Mrs Ayu. Greeted with smiles at front desk. Recommend ocean view room. Spectacular scenery. They have 3 restaurants and 3 pools. Dining at Italian restaurant a must. Rooms spacious and clean.

The bed was soo uncomfortable- very very hard and we were not happy- when we mentioned it to house keeping, they said it is because the mattress is new and hadn’t been worn it yet- that is NOT good service- we should not have to wait for a mattress to be worn in before we can book to stay at a hotel and the bed is comfortable

A Great Find

I had a lovely stay. Unfortunately, it was for business and I didn't have much time to take full advantage of the amenities or even the location. That said, I had daily interactions with the staff and they were lovely and the service superb. The food was excellent, particularly the BBQ that they prepared for our group. As a pescatarian, I ate very well in for the 5 days I was there. The staff even prepared a take-away breakfast for us on our final day as we had to leave the hotel at 5.30am. For me personally, the only thing missing was a gym/fitness centre on-site. I am already planning on returning, alone, when I can enjoy all the Qunci Villas and Lombok have to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at Qunci Villas. We were upgraded from a sea view room to room 23, which had fantastic views. Food was fabulous, spa treatments very good. Due to travel problems we had to stay an extra night in another room in the garden area and at the far side of the resort. The room was lovely, but the noise from the local mosque was quite intrusive, especially at 5.10am! Earplugs were offered and of course local customs have to be respected, but if we had booked 4 nights in that room we would have been most disappointed. Overall, beautiful resort, excellent staff, lovely gardens and artwork, but choose your room carefully.

A wonderful place to stay

We had a stunning villa with an ocean view. The room was beautiful, well appointed and spotlessly clean. A beautiful location on the beach and breakfast was excellent. Quality restaurants on site or excellent warungs nearby. We loved our stay and will definitely be back in the future.

My wife and I stayed for a week during our honeymoon and were made to feel so welcome. Everyone was so lovely and kind. We appreciated all the ways that they made our honeymoon feel extra special! We managed to enjoy relaxation and adventure in equal parts, including surfing directly in front of the hotel and snorkelling at the North Gilis with a boat also taking us directly from the hotel. We really enjoyed the Indonesian cooking class offered by the hotel and found the themed nights at the restaurant, particularly the flavours of the archipelago, extremely satisfying. Overall could not imagine our honeymoon anywhere else, thank you so much to the entire team that made it so special!

Qunci Villas in Lombok delivered a flawless 5-star experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional.. the genuinely warm and attentive staff made us feel completely at ease. The beachfront location is incredible, with stunning sunsets and a pristine, peaceful shoreline, yet conveniently close to just enough local shops and services. Dining was a daily highlight, Free Al carte breakfast was amazing and the themed nights were great. all served from any of the restaurants in view of the the ocean. The excursions arranged through the hotel were the highlight of our trip, especially the two full-day adventures led by our amazing guide, Rudi. reccomend both the Hidden Shores and Sendang Gile waterfall tours

Probably the best hotel in the area with unbelievable friendly staff. The breakfast and a-la-carte food are very good. There is a shop and some other restaurants in the area but for going to the next hotspots you need a taxi or scooter.

We stayed at Quinci Villas Lombok for 5 nights recently. After the hectic traffic and crowds of Ubud and Seminyak it was a breath of fresh air. Perched on the Bali Sea it was a welcome and tranquil oasis, prefect spot to recharge. Breakfast just metres from the sea each morning was a treat. The staff were amazing, very accomodating at all times. The only small suggestions I would make would be to have a little background music, chill out vibes, in the pool area and also to improve the choices on the wine list, very limited by the glass offerings of very ordinary wine.
