We had a great experience with the staff for the most part except when asking about certain things and getting told it ‘works- it works!
We stayed here for over $300/night and were very disappointed. The air conditioning didn’t work all night despite multiple reports to staff, and we both felt sick from the heat the next day. We were told a technician would come several times but nothing was resolved. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for an entire day, so we had to spend a lot on mobile data. Breakfast was underwhelming — mostly pastries — and on our last day, since we were leaving before breakfast started, staff promised to find us something to take with us, but we were only given two tiny pieces of cake ( see pic below) and one coffee for two people. For the price, we expected working AC, Wi-Fi, and a proper breakfast. When someone did come in to look at the AC the bed beneath was covered dirty black residue from the AC unit and the sheets and pillows were not dealt with.
Edit: After requesting some compensation or something, the hotel manager denied the issues with the AC, claiming the AC was working and that they offer a variety of breakfast options. They also falsely stated that we ate dinner at the hotel twice without paying, and that we “just left early this morning.” We had told them in advance about our early departure and were promised an early breakfast, so these statements are simply not true.
