The room is nice and clean and has lots of room for luggages. Bathroom is clean and bright. The breakfast has many choices. The gym is clean. Some grocery stores are walking distance.

We had a great Thanksgiving week staying here while visiting with my son and family. The room was so roomy, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing. If I had a complaint it would be that it was too hot, even with the heating system turned off.

Cold Showers no pressure no hot water
We stayed here for our wedding weekend in Reno, the hotel was clean and beautiful, but we took two cold showers. There was absolutely no hot water, we complained and nothing was done about it. We even put the lever to the hottest max and no hot water came, after running for 5-10 min. a little bit of luke warm water spouted but it was unacceptable. I look forward to having a nice, hot shower when I travel, the pressure was low, and having a cold shower was not ideal for such a special weekend.

I rarely leave reviews, but I so enjoyed my stay, I felt compelled. The staff was so friendly. Everyone was helpful and nice. The breakfast was really good - I was honestly surprised. East parking, right next to an outdoor mall, tons of shops and restaurants. Rooms were super clean, I loved the shower. We'll definitely be back.

Wet pet friendly. I had my two dogs with me, a 130 lb Royal German Shepherd and a Cane Corso puppy and they were very accommodating.
