Resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaş kibar ve anlayışlıydı. Otelin konumu da fena değil. Ama odalar çok ama çok kirli hatta ömrümde ilk defa bu kadar kirli bir odada konakladım diyebilirim.

Trabajadores muy amables, pero hotel pésimo

Los trabajadores del hotel fueron muy amables, muy simpáticos e incluso le dieron un regalito en forma de tarta a mi hija que estaba de cumpleaños. Pero: el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y eso hizo la estancia horrible. Hacía mucho calor. Pedimos reparación varias veces, pero nada. Es un hotel humilde, lo sé, y por eso tiene un precio y no otro. Pero si anuncias aire acondicionado debes tener aire acondicionado en una ciudad como Estambul.

Location Location Location

The location is perfect. Walk to shops, restaurants, a few hammams and attractions. Bus to airport is only a 10min walk (across from Blue Mosque) Rooms weren't the cleanest. Bed was good. No frills. No elevator.

The on site team were so lovely and helpful, couldn't do enough to welcome us and providing teas and coffees whenever we got back to the hotel. slightly run down and could do with an upgrade. breakfast was basic but adequate.

Will never stay here again and would not recommen.

Worst experience in every way. Room was clean on the check in after that we asked for the room service, but that lady came only fix sheets and new towel, didn’t remove garbage, didn’t clean washroom, didn’t put some water bottles. Washroom was broken from every corner; door, wallpaper and nothing to put your stuff, very basic sink.
