We booked La Quinta Inn & Suites Magnolia, TX through Hotels.com for our company crew. Our superintendent arrived early to place a company card for incidentals and clearly told the front desk our workers were on night shift and would check in Tuesday morning. Despite that, the reservation was canceled without notice. The associate “Riley” was rude and dismissive, citing a 2:00 a.m. cancel policy—even though we had documented late arrival. When we asked for a manager, Riley refused to share a name or contact and told us to “call later.” Our crew was left without rooms after a long shift. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. We expect an apology, refund/credit, and corrective training. Until then, we cannot recommend this location.
