酒店位置很方便，离圣马可广场不远，附近几条小街购物、吃饭也都很方便。缺点就是没有电梯，房间设施比较古老。但服务人员真的很热情，我们一行人好多个大箱子都帮我们拎到房间了。早餐不算丰富，但饱腹还是没问题的。再去威尼斯还会考虑选择这里。

Great location. Friendly welcoming staff

Great hotel in great location. Little bit shabby around the edges but the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. About 5 minutes walk from Sant Angelo Vaparetto stop. About the same to St Marks Square. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Spacious room with very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay there again.

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Das Hotel Ca' Alvise hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt ruhig, aber zentral – nur etwa 10 Gehminuten von der Rialtobrücke und dem Markusplatz entfernt. Unser Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem grossen, komfortablen Bad. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Great hotel in venice

We really liked this excellent property in beautiful venice. We originally planned for 2 nights but due to missed connection we reached a day late. The manager waived us the fee for one day. It was so generous of him. The rooms had that great victorian vibe and it was in excellent condition. The breakfast area was excellent and the choices were great too. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Excelente custo beneficio

Atendimento excelente por parte do pessoal na recepção. Café da manhã bom, não eh extraordinário, mas de boa qualidade. Quarto um pouco cafona, mas atende nossas necessidades. Apenas a cama de casal era dois colchões de solteiros juntados, isso não gostei muito. Além disso, 4 camas no quarto deixava pouco espaço para nossa família transitar entre cama e banheiro. Ótimo custo benefício. Excelente localização!!!

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way my recent booking issue was handled. On 05/28/2025, I mistakenly booked a property for the same day, when I was in fact looking for availability on June 18th, 2025. Due to an autofill or system default, the reservation was submitted for the current date. I realized the mistake immediately — within five minutes — and contacted Expedia to correct it. I also reached out to the hotel directly. Despite the obvious error (especially considering I was in China at the time and live in a different country — not in Italy), neither Expedia nor the hotel allowed any kind of resolution. No refund. No rebooking. Nothing. I was charged $173 for a reservation I clearly could not have used, and I believe this is unfair and unacceptable customer service. I acted in good faith and tried to resolve it right away. If this situation is not addressed properly, I will be sharing this experience across all my social media channels and review platforms, so that others are aware of how this was handled. I’m still open to a fair resolution — a refund or at least a rebooking credit would be the decent and professional thing to do. Sincerely, Samuel Nogueira
