Nothing special about the room but the staff were not friendly at all. Check in was difficult due to the attitude of the employee. Be aware that they charge $27/night for parking. On top of paying, they make you agree that they aren't responsible for vehicle. What is the charge for? Why was it separate on an app/website and not included on hotel charges?

First they lost my reservation from you. Had no idea until much later on the first day that they charge $27 extra per day to park at the hotel. You do not get your room refreshed or made up every day and the front desk staff was indignant that I asked me. A lot of hidden things that they don't tell you about until last minute. Will never stay there again and doubtful I will ever use your service again. Nothing was worth it. No free breakfast and no amenities to speak of. I'd rather stay somewhere else and pay more money for a nice service and decent front desk people. This was a terrible experience and my last time using you

Got locked out of our room for 40 mins, had to renew our key several times and still wouldn’t work then eventually someone came up and fixed the door… my partner left his headphones in our room behind the tv and they said they didn’t find them so someone took/stole them. Things don’t just disappear. Would not recommend

The beds weren’t comfortable sound like it was going to break,The Carpet in the room look dirty. Why have lights everywhere if there not going to work , The Toilet in the restroom once you flush it it continues to run ,The cold water in the hand sink doesn’t work . Once you walk in the room it has a smell . And good luck sleep through out the night you can hear everything and the Pillows are horrible bring your Own. I feel like it’s crazy how they charge for parking and a deposit considering the rooms are like this also don’t use side door because the sign said you can access it through your room key that’s a Lie so just walk all the way around . Me and my Family will never stay here again

Black mold haven

Whatever you do do not stay in this hotel! I was in three different rooms due to the broken down state of each of them and every room had black mold growing in the bathroom and possibly in the carpet. My daughter has not stopped sneezing since we left. To mold in the bathrooms, one of the rooms had a leak, and there was an inch of standing water underneath the vanity, as well as on the toilet cover. Management was made aware, but did not seem too concerned. Complained to management as well as Hilton and hotels.com and I am awaiting a resolution. You would be better sleeping in your car next to a highway then staying in this hotel

Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto limpo porém decepcionante (pois é um Hilton) com muitos problemas. Ducha sem pressão (provavelmente por defeito no bloqueio da água que vai pra banheira, que não parava de jorrar durante todos os banhos). Frigobar muito fraco, precisou de quase um dia pra gelar as águas que colocamos nele. Colchões e travesseiros bem desgastados, menos confortáveis até do que motéis de baixo preço. Cheguei a pedir para trocar de quarto mas o que ofereceram estava exatamente do mesmo jeito. Prédio com 7 andares, uma máquina de gelo por andar mas todas quebradas. Pontos fortes: localização, atendimento na recepção e café da manhã, este espetacular.
