Stay before an early morning flight
Quick check in. Friendly staff. Quiet room and comfy bed. Very clean. Close to airport and has shuttle. Will definitely be back.

Don’t work in service if you don’t like people
The hotel itself is nice and updated. Comfortable bed, and spacious. But, the front desk employees working at night were extremely rude to me when I asked about ordering food. They were both very condescending with their tone. There is no microwave in the room and menus for their restaurant everywhere, so we decided to see what it was about. It says you can order til midnight so I went down around 10:50 to ask. The lady behind the counter said “nah, kitchen closed. There’s an app it’s called DoorDash and they bring food. Download it” it’s 2025 and everyone knows what DoorDash is… the other employee then stated that everyone should be aware they closed the kitchen, but if I was I wouldn’t have wasted my time to be talked down to like a child. Terrible terrible customer service and I heard them disrespecting me as I walked away. I will NEVER stay at a Hyatt again.

Best staff
Miqui was very friendly and accommodating for us. The room is clean and fits our needs on our trip. Amanda at the front desk is awesome, she makes us feel like we are family. Sage and Lori work hard to put out the breakfast which is delicious. I would recommend Hyatt place Jacksonville airport hotel to anyone stay in Jacksonville Florida.

Our stay was wonderful! The settle from the airport was comfortable and efficient. The room was clean and quiet. The desk staff was so very helpful. The breakfast was hot and had many selection.

Great Stay.
My wife and I travelled to visit family in the area. We found the location very convenient to where we wanted to stay. The lobby was nice and clean and bright. The employees were friendly and professional. The only issue we had was the hair that was found in the bathroom. It was not a lot of hair but enough to notice. We enjoyed the room and had a comfortable stay and will return.

Hyatt just isn't for us
The app profile not being able to be linked because I used middle name on one profile and first name on another was really stupid issue for me when all I needed was my booking to be linked to my app. I shouldn't have to do a stupid name change form first when both names are my name. I go by my middle. Your staff at the desk was playing on phone during breakfast time, while a line developed at the counter as there was no more coffee and the other drinks were getting low too. Beds are uncomfortable.

Great stay. Highly recommended
We were very impressed. From check in to check out. Everyone was friendly, professional and pleasant. The breakfast is outstanding. Only downside was noisy a/c, no pot for the coffee pot in the room and no microwave in the room. For our overnight stay these were not a concern.

Great hotel close to airport
This is the perfect place to stay if you want proximity to JAX airport. The staff is amazing and friendly. Their breakfast had a lot of choices m ,including scrambled eggs and potatoes. They have shuttles and are accommodating to needs. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Outstanding staff
We was picked up at the airport by Reggie who was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We was greeted by Maria who also was outstanding and made us very welcomed. We enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar with Maria and Chris. We enjoyed our conversation with them. Hyatt place Jacksonville airport Florida is an excellent place to stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed for one night as we was went on our cruise and we are staying another night when we return from our cruise. I’m so thankful I found this place to stay on our trip. The staff is AAA +++

Please train one of your drivers the worst custome
Everything about the hotel was great. The service the cleanliness. You need to address one of your drivers. Light skin black male was very disrespectful. He needs to be checked or y’all will be losing customers. He is not in the field of customer service. He only care about himself. He thinks he’s better than other people. He needs to go and get train trained or go find a job somewhere else where you do not have to deal with people.
