No completamos el check-in. La atención fue mala desde un inicio. Las instalaciones estaban sucias y la comida estaba mal preparada y con malos ingredientes. Ni siquiera tenían coca cola zero. Hasta ahora estamos esperando un reembolso. Tuve que buscar otro hotel donde la experiencia fue mejor.

Resort padrão. Com algumas coisas boas e muitas coisas péssimas...Como a total ausência de privacidade dos banheiros em relação à area comum do quarto...Fazer as necessidades fisiológicas na frente de outra pessoa e dentro de uma caixa de vidro semi transparente foi uma péssima e terrível experiência...Jamais voltarei a este hotel...

Quarto bom, grande com camas confortáveis.
Praia e piscina são excelentes. A localização do resort também. O que deixou um pouco a desejar foi a comida, muitas opções, mas poucas eram saborosas. As sobremesas principalmente. Também sentimos falta de atendimento de bar na praia e piscina.
Funcionários educados, processo de checkin e checkout foram rápidos.

I would not rate this hotel a 5 star, communication was really poor if you don't speak spanish, had to get our tv fixed several times, had to request room service, the fride was empty when we arrived. And this is not all inclusive, we had to pay for several things on the side. Saw coachroaches.

The bathtub in a adult area should be accesible for older people our room has high bathtub wish is si difficult for olders to get in and get out
Also the toylet has a poor water flow when flushing keeping the poop in the toylet

Restaurants and buffets were disappointing, food overall was below average. Staff was above average. Too little information given at check in compared to other all inclusives. Too
many things not included. Should be called a “some inclusive” resort. Not a 5 star as advertised

Was turned away from vip restaurant (which we were given access as part of VIP Access benefits) because no one in the hotel knows about Expedia VIP other than in check in counter. Even after opening a complaint and being told it would not happen again, it dis happen again, and the response from the restaurant “leader” was that shw was not aware we had put a complaint. Totally unacceptable. Initial room was dated, dirty, and with very high humidity, and a non working AC. As an Expedia employee, it is a shame our customers have to deal with all these issues. We should work with partners to make sure they are properly trained, and we should have procedures to review property VIP status when incidents like this happen.
