Great stay

Lovely newly decorated and refurbished rooms. Breakfast service was fab. Evening meal was just as good. Had two very spoilt dogs with us.

Overnight Stay

Great location, ready for crossing on the Channel Tunnel next morning. Beautiful gardens, good food, very nice room. I hadn't realised there was no lift, but the friendly staff helped us with our suitcases 👍

Perfect when arriving by train, great restaurant, best burger we had in a long time (have the Camembert double, its amazing. Beautiful garden and park across the street. Wonderful people work here!

Nice hotel albeit a little dated in places. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. The food is best classified as “pub” food but it is quick and good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. However the building and rooms have seen better days making it hard to keep super clean. It was good for one night and served its purpose especially being dog friendly in all areas. The food in the restaurant was very nice if for me too small a portion of ravioli. Breakfast was also great.
