Was amazing loved the stay will be coming back again! Was a little confusing on how to get keys but overall amazing sad no free parking but the apt made it worth it! Love they had good appliances and dish ware to use as well.

The unit was exactly as pictured. I appreciate that. The initial entry was confusing. Parking is on the 3rd floor. You enter at the end of the building and drive up until you see "Locale: on the entry door next to the 3rd floor elevators. After that, you're good. The most distasteful part was the trash collection. The tenants (I'm assuming long term) leave their trash in the hall by their doors for collection. I'm on vacation, dressed with my parther and we're going out / coming in from a fabulous night only to have weave in & out, around trash in the hall. It's not lux. I don't want to have to navigate thru trash to get to my living quarters. The apartment was

Apartment at a hotel price
First time using this company and it comes across really strict from the check in process (text message link) to the rules of stay. It’s an apartment building so people actually live there but the overall property is really nice and modern. Huge pool and activity area with pool table etc. The shower had no shower gel which sucked but overall it would be a love place to live long term.

This is my third time staying here and I love it! I come here for work as I have an office nearby. The units are within a new apartment building. There are restaurants a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and clean. There’s a pool and pool towels are even provided. Check-in and check out are smooth with the use of an app. I texted to extend my stay and response was immediately received. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately not so good !
It was not disclose you have to pay for parking which cost us around 25 dollars a day. There was a huge all night party next door. 20 plus people, screaming, fighting and loud music. We had to call the cops. They also do not disclose that it is next to a night club which plays VERY load music which went to 1:30 am. There are homeless people in this area including a stairwell on this property. The amenities are nice, rooftop is lovely and pool area clean and beautiful. Unfortunately pool is TOO cold to swim in. “ I mean cold!” Room is spare but clean. Bed is firm but nice. Decent pillows and blankets. The check-in process is very odd and confusing. Watch your multiple text “about 6 or 7” If you do miss one , you will have an even more difficult time. . You cant come even 1 minute before check in, but they will try and sell you a early checkin for 50 dollars. There are a couple restaurants in walking distance which was nice. One being a Thai place that had great curry. Unfortunately we wont come again.

This was an amazing room, we were blown away at its simplicity and the cleanliness of it all. The way we were able to communicate with the manager instantly through text was one of my favorite features and all of the neighbors, staff at hotel, and amenities were great.
