Great place. Perfect location, great for our family. Clean and hi tech. We didn’t receive the check in link on time so we arrived and couldn’t get in. They helped us very fast, that was the only small inconvenience we had

Terrible smell

The apartment has good location, and it is comfortable. But it has an awful smell coming from the bath sewer. They try to hide the smell with a strong floor cleaner, which made it even worst. I do not recomend this place.

Family of 4 adults used the hotel as our starting point for the Camino. Pre-arrival communications and App were great. When we arrived earlier than check-in time, we made use of the available lockers so we could tour Bilbao. Rooms were clean and spacious. However, the air conditioner or water running theough the open pipes kept some of us up most of the night. We didn't use the kitchen, but there was one for those staying longer than one night. Great economically priced and centrally located hotel for Bilbao.

Muy bonito pero ruidoso

El apartamento es muy bonito y cuidado en general. Hay algunos defectos como lampras sueltas, television no conectada a la red o el suelo del banyo levantado, pero el gran problema es el ruido. Cada vez que pasa el tram por delante o alguien coge el ascensor de la finca, tiembla todo el apartamento.

Lovely apartment in great location

Excellent location in Bilbao for exploring the city on foot. In easy reach of the old town, Guggenheim, funicular, shops. The bus from the airport stops 8 minute walk away. Very clean, modern and quiet accommodation.

Among the best locations in Bilbao with walking distance to the main attraction sites. We got a spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. Self check-in was straight forward. It is a bit expensive though and you have to pay for any extra.

La ubicación de los apartamentos es muy buena, se puede llegar caminando a todos los sitios turísticos. Nos alojamos en la habitación 106, toda nuestra estancia tuvo un olor muy desagradable a humedad, más fuerte en el baño que intentaban disfrazar con aromatizante y lo hacía peor. Pedimos cambiar la habitación y no obtuvimos respuesta positiva. La habitación no tenía ducha ya que era accesible para personas con discapacidad por lo que era difícil bañarse, era muy frío y se salía el agua por todos lados.

올드타운에 도보로 갈 수 있고 미술관 등 다른 곳으로 대중교통을 이용할 가기도 편리합니다. 로터리 큰 길 옆인데도 창문문을 닫으면 조용해요. 내부 깨끗하고 주방도구, 세탁기 등등 골고루 잘 갖추고 있어서 편하기 지냈어요. 다만 방과 방 사이 벽은 얇고, 믿었던 락커는 생각보다 너무 작고 갯수도 2개에 불과해요. 그래도 전반적으로 만족합니다
