wifi虽然要收费，但在酒店（很大哦）各处都能用，速度也不慢。

圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。

Lovely pool, reception very welcoming. Back gate that’s leads to sea front lovely views, nice bar and local pub up the road. Shop onsite very reasonable prices!

La estancia con familia muy buena!

Todo bien. Hotel es grande, pero no hay mucha gente en la piscina. Puedes reservar las hamacas y no preocuparse cada dia en busqueda de libres. Sitio muy tranquilo. Mejor tener el coche para ir a las playas o restaurantes.

Rude staff & poor rooms

Booked this hotel for one night because of its proximity to Tenerife airport. We landed late, around 10:30pm, and simply wanted a decent rest before driving north the following day. Sadly, the stay turned out to be one of the worst I’ve had in years of travelling. The main issue was customer service. I requested late check-out in advance and was told it would be possible if the hotel wasn’t full, with an extra fee I was happy to pay. In the days before arrival, rooms were still showing online, so I assumed no problem. On arrival, however, the night receptionist insisted the hotel was full and became extremely rude when I politely pointed out that rooms were being advertised. I even offered up to €70 for late check-out, but she refused and chose to lie rather than explain. If she didn’t know how to process it, honesty would have been enough. Instead, it was the rudest reception I’ve ever encountered. The room was equally disappointing: we were inexplicably given an accessibility room with two metal twin beds instead of the double I booked. Cleanliness was poor (hair on the floor), and the bathroom showed obvious neglect – cracked fittings, worn surfaces, run-down overall. I had to laugh at myself for even wanting to extend such a stay. Do yourself a favour: travel an extra 10 minutes from the airport and stay somewhere that gets the basics right – a clean room, a decent bed, and professional staff.

Fantastic holiday. Complex clean, staff all friendly and plenty of restaurants within a max 20 min walk away. We stayed 12 days and didn’t eat at the same place twice. We managed the walk to los abrigos in 15 minutes with a 7&10 year old. We used taxis for beach days, water park and money world. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms, aircon throughout and a lovely sea view. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and already looking at next year!

Enttäuschende Erfahrung – nicht zu empfehlen für mehr als eine Nacht Wir haben dieses Aparthotel für eine Nacht gebucht, da es in der Nähe des Flughafens Teneriffa Süd (TFS) liegt und wir am nächsten Tag einen frühen Rückflug hatten. Leider war dies unsere schlechteste Erfahrung während unseres Aufenthalts auf Teneriffa. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir unfreundlich von der Rezeptionistin empfangen – kein Lächeln, keine Hilfsbereitschaft, einfach nur ein desinteressierter, fast schon unhöflicher Ton. Der Pool schließt bereits um 18 Uhr, was für ein Ferienhotel extrem früh ist. Das Aparthotel selbst ist alt, wurde zwar renoviert, wirkt aber insgesamt abgewohnt und entspricht keinesfalls dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für eine einzige Nacht war es gerade noch akzeptabel – aber länger möchte man hier definitiv nicht bleiben. Zusätzlich wurde uns eine Kaution in Höhe von 100 Euro geblockt, obwohl wir das Zimmer bereits über Expedia vollständig bezahlt hatten. Ohne diese Kaution hätten wir keinen Zugang zum Zimmer erhalten. Eine Quittung oder ein Übergabeprotokoll (wie z. B. ein Act de primire-predare) wurde uns trotz Nachfrage verweigert – sehr intransparent und fragwürdig. Fazit: Für eine Notübernachtung vor dem Abflug vielleicht okay, aber wer Wert auf freundlichen Service, Transparenz und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis legt, sollte lieber woanders buchen. Vorsicht bei der Kaution!

Beautiful Hotel with Stunning Ocean Views

Beautiful hotel with stunning ocean views & a wonderful vibe in Golf Del Sur. Last minute booking for an excellent price. Location was perfect, 10-15 minutes drive from airport & local bus service which was a 5 minute walk from hotel to Los Cristianos was only 20 minutes. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment, spacious & spotlessly clean. Loved this hotel, highly recommend for all types of trips & any age group.

Netter Anfang, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, check-in ziemlich schnell und unkompliziert. Alle Veranstaltungen durch WhatsApp mitgeteilt. Bei Check-out haben die für uns Company für Flughafentransfer angerufen. Das Apartment sauber, groß, die Küche für Urlauber sehr gut ausgestattet- die haben sogar auf die Kleinigkeiten gedacht, wie Tabletten für Spülmaschine, Schwamm und Spüler. Wir können nur weiterempfehlen und kommen irgendwann wieder.

The accommodation was wonderful. The only thing that we were not happy with was the set up for replacing your room towels. Towels changed on our fourth day and sixth day. I phoned on the third day to request clean towels, reception was quite rude but gave in to change the towels. This practice is not hygienic when your are having 3 showers a day. Therefore very disappointed with this practice. Room towels old. Grey coloured, thin and holes. It was the only thing that let the accommodation down.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien en términos generales. Sin embargo, ciertos aspectos importantes no fueron de nuestro agrado: - La hora del check out es a las 10am, extremadamente pronto! Normalmente es a las 12 o a las 11, pero nunca me había encontrado con una restricción así. Tuvimos que pagar por quedarnos hasta las 12. - Para disfrutar de la piscina hay que alquilar unas toallas a 2 eur el día, es la primera vez que tengo que pagar por las toallas de la piscina en un hotel. - Reservamos 3 noches y no tuvimos en ningún momento limpieza ni cambio de toallas. No se si esto es normal.

I had to go to this hotel as an emergency as the hotel we booked was in terrible conditions and unsafe for girls. But honestly I am glad I booked this one, amazing service, stunning and felt very safe during all my stay. There’s not much around the hotel but honestly you won’t want to leave the pool anyways, and they offer everything inside the hotel. There is some local bars and restaurants nearby, but that’s about it. Perfect for someone looking for a quiet holiday. I would definitely recommend and will definitely come back. :)

Der Club ist draussen, entsprechend ist die Musik am Abend immer zu hören. Saubere Pools und Gästebereiche. Das Personal spricht Spanisch und Englisch, z.T. Auch Deutsch. Mein Appartment ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch gut unterhalten und sauber. Die Betten sind für Hotelbetten sehr bequem. Einzig die etwas magere Auswahl an Restaurants (Poolbar für morgen und Mittag) und Abendrestaurant bieten sich an. Ansonsten kleiner Supermercado im Sousol.
