"The hotel was located around many dining options and they even had a little lobby to purchase snacks in case you were in need of something after hours. The beds were big and comfy. The air conditioning and fan were amazing to come to after a hot humid day. We had a nice size refrigerator in the room for our left overs. All in all it was a fantastic find for the cost. "
"Really enjoyed our family stay at this small lakeside hotel. Our room was lovely rustic chic, clean and had very good aircon.
The breakfast each morning was superb- a mix of buffet items and ordering a la carte.
So far the best cocktails I’ve tasted on this 2 week trip.
Good proximity to main “town” and other restaurants
Highly recommend "

"This was our second stay at MIA Bacalar, and it won’t be our last—our family is already planning a return visit for the Christmas holidays. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience.
If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which could be more varied and satisfying."
