booked 2 rooms (BFST INCL) for 4 of us 1408&1409 for 6 nights. check-in easy, big rooms. Staff helpful.
restaurant has limited choices, waiters not trained. had almost same breakfast each day. repeated orders 3 times and corrected orders but food never came as ordered, not once in 6 days did the orders come as requested. MGMT at fault for not training staff properly.

Checkout a nightmare. lady rude, ignoring me, typing while I was trying to communicate with her. I asked for the bill, they combined bills; total 30,040Php without showing bill. I asked for it, 2 Bkfst Xtra charge on 1st day. I told her to move 2 xtra Bkfst to 2nd room to correct mistake. I explained the booking inclusions, simple request. She could not find bill. She repeating 5 x that charged 2 Xtra Brkfsts on 1st day; I told her I understood this first time she said it. I repeated move charge to other room, it was their mistake. After 20 min, I asked her to call the Mgr. She did 5 min later but said Mgr was in mtg, nobody else in charge. Told her to remove charge and I would pay or I would just leave. She did, I got in taxi to airport but hotel stopped him from leaving. Mgr showed up, same story...WAIT. I explained but he repeated same story, I explained but he did nothing. I came back and said I had paid what I owed and I would give very bad review if he didn't let me go. MGR should not be MGR. Employees should be trained NOW.
