Excellent location and service

This hotel is in an excellent location. You can walk to major attractions in minutes, or walk to a metro station in seconds. The room is perfect. You won't expect there will be such clean and modern accommodation in the downtown Rome with such price. There service is excellent. Thank you, Barbara, for your warm help. You are definitely the most beautiful girl we've seen during this trip.

Bom, muito bem localizado

A localização é muito boa, o hotel é simples mas tem o que precisamos, eu tive azar em não olhar na hora da reserva que meu quarto teria um banheiro privativo,porém num corredor e isso gerou um desconforto no momento do check-in pois fiquei muito chateada, outro problema é que o hotel não possui elevador e no momento em que cheguei para o check-in havia apenas a camareira que foi muito atenciosa e gentil me ajudou a levar as malas para o 3° andar( uma era grande com 23 quilos) outra menor e uma mochila dec10 quilos exestava sozinha, foram 2 dias só e acabei me acostumando com o quarto que eu havia reservado , porém minha primeira avaliação gerou um mal estar no propietário e me senti muito mal pelo tratamento recebido após a avaliação, talvez eles não entendam o quanto o valor que pagamos em euro por uma acomodação bem localizada, mas muito simples pelo que esperamos,seja muito caro para nós brasileiros, isso nos causa frustração, mas realmente não tinha visto que o banheiro sería separado e que não teria recepção. No momento do check-out não havia ninguém no hotel para me ajudar a descer minha bagagem e entregar o cartão, assim deixei o mesmo no interior do quarto e me virei sozinha nas escadas, até hoje tenho dores nos braços e costas.

Room was clean and comfortable. Patrizio was helpful in getting me checked in and acclimated. La Piccola Maison was conveniently located next to great restaurants and shopping. I was able to walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps in a matter of minutes. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe at all times. Would definitely stay here again!

Our room was clean, small and efficient. The place was easy to check in and out of and close to the metro. We spent one night there after a 2 week holiday in Italy . We had an early flight out of Rome and the location was great for a fun last night in Italy and convenient to get to the airport.

My husband and I stayed there for one night and it was the perfect space to rest our heads. The hosts made it very simple and easy to get in & enjoy our time in Rome. Great distance for wandering around & sight seeing for the short period of time we were there. Would definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property owners were very attentive and helpful. They responded within minutes to any issue or question. The rooms are clean, comfortable and it’s quiet given the area. Very walkable and so many great shops and restaurants so close. Also very easy to walk to many landmarks. We didn’t know there wasn’t an elevator and had very heavy luggage but it was well worth the, short, climb and we’d highly recommend this property. Thanks for everything!

Our adult daughter stayed here 3 nights - booked out where we were staying and it was great for her. External private bathroom. Spacious room- clean and tidy. Good communication and assistance with check in. We travelled directly from NZ!! Good clear instructions to self check in. Would recommend. Good location.

A localização é excelente, do lado do metrô e bem pertinho da Fontana di Trevi, a pé. Tem ar condicionado e aquecedor. A menina que limpa os quartos é uma fofa e limpa todos os dias. Tem que subir de escada por 2 andares. O Patrizio fica disponível o tempo todo pra alguma necessidade. Tem frigobar. Me atendeu super bem!

Amazing location very easy to get to with a near by 2min walk to the subway station connecting to the Rome train terminal which leads to the airport. Minutes away from amazing restaurants, Trevi fountain, and coliseum etc.
