Excellent location and service

This hotel is in an excellent location. You can walk to major attractions in minutes, or walk to a metro station in seconds. The room is perfect. You won't expect there will be such clean and modern accommodation in the downtown Rome with such price. There service is excellent. Thank you, Barbara, for your warm help. You are definitely the most beautiful girl we've seen during this trip.

Location was perfect walking distance to center as well as very close to several bus stops and metro The staff and owner are very helpful and nice Room was okay for a short stay. The AC was making some noise but its bearable Only annoying thing is that rooms are at the second floor and theres no elevator

Walkable to everywhere. Easy to locate. The operator was kind enough to send me photos and check in information through WhatsApp. The room was small and cozy. Mold noted on the bathroom walls.

It is a great location. Was only one night but would definitely stay there again. Confusing to register as there is no reception and is difficult to communicate when ya have no wifi. Travel light as there is a lot of stairs to carry heavy luggage. We we lucky to arrive when someone was there to help us with the key pad and luggage

Great service from Alessandro - thanks for providing a list of places to eat! Property was super clean, housekeeping was awesome. Nice location, very central, close to Barberini subway station.

Great Little Room. Not So Great Bathroom

The hosts were amazing. The room was clean and the location was perfect! My only critique is the bathroom situation. The bathroom for the room I had was out in the hallway. This was very uncomfortable because even though the bathroom was private only for myself, it is in a public hallway and the cleaning staff can enter it at any time to clean it. There was no Do Not Disturb sign, or lock that would prevent someone from entering. I also had to make sure to take my key to bathroom every time, which is something that can easily be forgotten. But everything else was nice and I would stay here again if I was given a different room with an ensuite bathroom.

The property was clean and had good amenities. The room was reasonably small but a good option if you’re out and about sightseeing as it is close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Very close access to a metro station meaning it was relatively quick to get to Roma Termini.

The room is very small. The shower is terrible. The air conditioning is noisy, sometimes blows out hot air instead of cold air and there’s five flights with no elevator.

Ein schönes kleines Zimmer mitten in Rom. Man hört sehr viele Geräusche. Die Kommunikation läuft auf Englisch und über WhatsApp. Anruferreichbarkeit war nicht si gut. Freundliches Personal und für Rom war das Zimmer auch gut, auch wenn schlicht eingerichtet. Wir würden wieder kommen.
