酒店位置不错，老板兼职楼下一家餐厅，人很好，缺点是早餐太坑爹，有餐馆都不准备好一点的早餐，基本等于没有早餐。

Awful room … the French room
The room smelt of sewage all the time , very basic facilities and a shared balcony with cleaning products on view. We changed to a hotel as the owner said he couldn’t smell it and that it wasn’t his problem. He offered a spray of deodorant to help .

Great central location right near duomo, quiet and clean. Owner took the time to make sure all was going well, giving advice on what to do. Bed could be more comfortable. Room service was mid-afternoon when we typically like to take a break from our activities. Nothing major and we adjusted to both

The location literally can't be any better.
The location literally can't be any better. The Duomo is half a dozen steps from the front door. The owners were super responsive and helpful. The little kitchen was a pleasant and unexpected surprise.

Highly Recommend
Did an overnight in Florence and loved it! Beautiful city and wonderful accommodations. Slept comfortably even on a pullout sofa bed. Pillows were a bit hard for my liking but that’s really the only thing I would complain about and it’s really not a complaint. More a preference. Thanks for the wonderful place and great communication for directions and check in. Also right in the middle of the city center and 10 minute walk to train station. Perfect!

Incrivel localização
A localização é incrivel, você sai da porta e já está quase em frente ao duomo. Facil acesso através de senha e próximo a estação de trem. No nosso caso, ficamos em um quarto onde a cama era sofa cama assim não foi tão confortavel dormir. Além disso, bem ao lado estava tendo uma obra então tinhamos que manter a janela sempre fechada. Existe um "café da manhã" que são alguns itens na copa, caso você esteja esperando muito vai se decepcionar.

The location is perfect for sightseeing in Florence. Breakfast consists of a coffee machine, some package bread and orange juice in the room, certainly not equivalent to any kind of hotel breakfast. The room is small and quite damaged in each and every corner, still clean, except the floor would need a some swiping instead of vacuum cleaning only. Not that great if you can clearly see the footmarks of the previous guests.

The on line check in system didn’t work. Not getting instructions via email before arrival but WhatsApp which I don’t normally use, without prior notification. It then took us a long time to get the email response. Had to ask family member back home to get hold of Expedia to reach out to the owner. A lot of stress finding parking after not letting in the nearby garage due to check in problem and ending up dragging our luggages 15min from the further away parking spot ( charged at an hourly rate costing 3times more then it should be ). And the bed is very uncomfortable sagging in the middle of the bed. The worst experience I ever had staying at Airbnb.

The location was excellent and very close to the Duomo. We had the "french room". We liked the kitchenette stored in the armoire. It had the usual European breakfast snacks included like a small croissant and some melba toast, jam and Nutella and orange juice. Its enough to get you out the door in the morning. The bed and pillows were decent to sleep at night. Overall it was good.

Ce B&B est bien situé à deux pas du Duomo. Cependant le confort laisse à désirer avec l’absence d’un lit véritable qui est remplacé par un divan-lit avec un matelas trop mou. La vitre de la porte du patio est fissurée. Il n’y à personne sur place pour l’accueil et le code d’accès n’avait pas été envoyé.

Frühstück war ein Witz aber das wichtigste hat gepasst, es war seit langen das leiseste Zimmer seit Jahren.und extrem zentral,Kann es empfehlen: Baustelle fängt erst nach 8:00 an und ich war fast den ganzen Tag unterwegs.
